Very good. Clean room and kind staffs. Can enjoy variaty of breakfast @ 23rd floor of the building where you see the famous pagoda.

Comfort and clean rooms. facilitate with a small pool and gym at 5th floor. local 4 stars standard hotel with international 4 star price.

Plus points:
*Polite, honest and reliable staff (after check out, they returned even the little items we left in the rooms)
*Prompt customer service
*Complimentary drinks in the minibar (+++ points)
*Great food served in buffet breakfast (more food selections than others and taste good)
*Good internet connection
*Clean and organized rooms
Minus points:
*Pool area (pool side is too narrow and crowded, we skipped our planned swim)
*Bar (coffee and drinks are mediocre, not to mention pricey)
*Restaurant (food during breakfast is awesome but foods served in dinner is lacking in quality compared to its pricealso, they play cheesy background music)
Overall, we still had a relaxing stay and we enjoyed our time.

Nice hotel. Clean and reasonable price. Discount for using KBZ bank card. It used to offer higher discount but recently lower it.
Sometime, the card reader does not work and they will not honor the discount though it was their system failure. After a couple of time, having to pay full price, I chose to go to other places that offer discount.
Chinese restaurant in that hotel is great and have good selection of wine. Pool bar on 5th floor has nice view and cozy place but it can be noisy with children and swimmer.response / report this review -

A 4 star hotel with excellent rates. Good restaurant choices, but limited selection. Slow internet access was the driving factor for me to try another hotel property. Otherwise, this is a good place to call home away from home. Staff make you feel welcomed

Nice place ton stay with very good price.. the hotel located on the main road of Yangon connected between airport to downtown. Very clean and comfortable. Also, the place is so near to heritage famous golden pagoda, shwedagone pagoda, landmark of Yangon. You can see the view of pagoda even from your room

We had a great time here as a couple despite the hotel being used mainly by business men at the time. Lovely swimming pool area on the fifth floor. Live music by the pool on one night- which was excellent. Very well decorated and maintained room. Breakfast adequate and staff helpful. Had an amazing massage.

Situated along one of the main road, Pyay Road, the hotel is quite good. Looks new, clean and spacious. Price wise is acceptable. Staff are great! Wifi connection is a little bad during night time. Jasmine cafe had a very good pork burger!

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were large. Complimentary mini bar which was a first for me in all my travels. Breakfast was about my only grievance. Little bit of work to do on the foreign food.

Situated in the most-accessible-area in Yangon. Swimming pool, gym, cafe, restaurants and spa, whatever you can think of as a 4-star hotel are available there. I found a ball room there, may be a good place to hold meeting or conference for organization.

Please don't use this hotel!! I will write the reason how this hotel steal customer's money and ignore customer!! Also please don't use your credit card!! You have to wait over 30 minute and have to pay cash again!! I f you have flight time schedule, please go to before 3~4 hours before Don't believe This Hotel send you E-mail and cancel Credit card or pay back. they just steal your money and no more talk!!
