Located in a quiet ward which is very close and easy access to the city centres. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel space is good enough. The garden area is small but very quiet and peaceful. Although they have a restaurant, the options for food is a bit limited still the taste is good with reasonable price.
The view of Shwe Da Gon pagoda from the rooftop is spectacular.

The people were lovely, the food amazing, and the coffee shop was truly charming. Tge room was a tad underwhelming though, especially the atrociously poor WiFi.

The facilities are beautiful, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Every peice of equipment is modern made of glass and steel with wood furnishings.

The rooms are clean and well laid out. My room had a good un obstructed view of the surrounding are. Don't miss the view of schwedagon from the rooftop (level 8, up the stairs on the taller of the two buildings).

The buffet breakfast is also excellent, with a variety of western and Asian dishes (5,000 per head for non-guests).
