I am staying 4 nights there during business trip. This hotel own by Japanese. Room is clean, bed comfortable and the most important is the water is filter with ION. Breakfast provided and is the Japanese foods set. Staffs are so friendly and helpfull. Free self servive laundry is located at the top floor and also a free hot bath. I definitely wl return again.

Best of the best hotel in Yangon.
The room is really clean, especially a bed is awesome. You can use washing machine with no charge. There is a Japanese bar on the ground floor. I will choose again.

Japanese style hole located at main. Compared with 3-4 star hotel, the price is reasonable.. near by you, about 150ft away, you can enjoy famous chinese restaurant. Only disadvantage is difficult to catch a taxi

The staff is great - the whole reception and the manager really went out of their way to organize the transportation for us. We were so happy to meet them. It´s like travelling to Japan not to Myanmar and that made the stay funny, too. Rooms are extremely clean and a very comfortable bed. Next door you can find good options for dinner.

In a city where standards are never certain, it is great to know you can stay here and be guaranteed LOHAS system - Japanese 5 star standard. Comfortable, safe, polite, efficient. Little Tokyo in Yangon!
Found many good restaurants, bars and spa near the hotel.

Japanese style toilets most impressive. i think the only one in Yangon now. So if you enjoy Japanese style living, worth a visit. They have a common Japanese bath separately for men and women.
