  For a budget hotel it doesn't get much better, cold Air conditioning, elevator (You would be surprised at how many don't have an elevator) a very good breakfast buffet , comfortable beds. About 1/2 hour from the city center (4,000 kyats) 1/2 hour from the airport (4,000 kyats) really good selection of Burmese restaurants nearby.

  We have stayed in this hotel for 4 days so far and may continue stay here until the end of this month. The rate is reasonable, room is cleaned, wifi is strong, breakfast is good and plenty of car parking. I would recommend to someone who is looking to stay in hotel in Yangon.

  This is a budget hotel located in Yankin Township of Yangon, Myanmar.
  
  Come with next-morning breakfast. Once after 10am the hall for breakfast will be closed.

  Great hotel, positioned half way between the airport and down town yangon. There is a convenient supermarket nearby. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is decent.
