Great breakfast, great views, great service, good rooms and amazing Pina Coladas! Quite pricy though, especially the gift shop and restaurant. We also tried the massages which were good value for westerners. They were relaxing but not the best we've had.

PS: The open-air restaurant across the street has great Thai seafood and is much cheaper. Would recommend going there for dinner, but don't forget the mossie spray!

I went there for the honeymoon trip. At the chek-in, we had some Booking issue. But the general manager, she helped us a lot. Thanks for a great diner for our honeymoon from the hotel.

Just visited recently in this week with my family. The Seaview was perfect especially sunset view. The staffs were very welcome and warm hostility. The rooms were nice and clean. I would like to highlight only 2 points for further improvement. Dinner Buffet was required to provide in reasonable time to avoid to get all empty trays. Only one bartender during happy hours and I wait to get a cocktail for 25 minutes. I would like to recommend to visit there as silent and pleasent place.

Possibly the most plush resort in Kawthaung area, and one of the better ones in Burma too. Our "ocean-front" room had a great view of the sea and "jetty" (it's more aesthetic, didn't seem like anything ever docks there) and the room's balcony is great for star-gazing too. Rooms are spacious with good bath amenities, and pretty clean. The infinity pool is definitely quite a looker. Spa prices are very reasonable (an hour-long aromatherapy massage hovers around USD 20) but two complaints – the bathrooms in the spa aren't stocked with toilet paper nor detergent, so that was a disconcerting damper. Breakfast is rudimentary, and the omelette station was its only saving grace. We didn't eat any other meals there, but there's a superb restaurant just across the hotel called Shwe Hnin Si. It looked like a beer garden and we thought it'll be a tourist trap because of the location, but the food was fabulous. The English translations on the menu were very basic – three different dishes with "clams" (so they say) all turned out to comprise different types of mollusces! – but keep an open mind and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Another thing to note is that Victoria Cliff's island tours are very well-organised and comfortable, and we'll definitely like to come back again.

Green resort with ocean view. Recommend to stay at room with ocean view, enjoy evening breeze coming across the Andaman Seas, blow to your veranda. Love their souvenir shop and also Jacuzzi.
