  This is a dog grooming place with a small “playground” and dog pool. For 20,000 kyats my large dog was able to swim and play for an hour, and got a wash and dry. The play area is small, not much room for a large dog to run full speed. The pool is also small but large enough for the dog to swim and get some exercise. They had two young boys whose job was to play with the dog - throwing balls, helping her in the water, etc. I was allowed in there as well. Overall it was fun, and my dog was able to get some good exercise.
