Best park to relax in Yangon downtown. It is located besides the Bus Stop. There are many trees and small slops. Compared to Maha Bandula Park at the center of yangon, this park is very clean, wide, fresh and less crowded. There is also a playground for children. You can rest below the tree shadows when the weather is hot. But there is no covered area for rain.

A nice small park for downtown people.
Nice place to walk, exercise in morning and evening with your family.
Having car parks for around 20 cars.

Only one thing to say is little bit noisy because of having bus stations in both
left and right side of the park.

It's at a good location. Now that it's one of the city's bus terminals it has become well known place. A lot of people passing by and going through it to catch their next bus. Also, a lot more people had sat on and walked on the grass had killed the grass in same area. There are some spot on the grass that has turned into marsh puddle, so try to stay on red brick path. There are a lot improvement and maintain to do in this park.

Park Named in honor of Late Attorney Thakin Mya. In 2007, the park has become a place close to Yangon Bus Services terminals which you can take any bus that goes into the downtown.

Usually quiet and peaceful. With small manmade lake. Wing-shape made with steel spoons are shown there.
