Hotel is alright. but taxi service attached to hotel (not from hotel) is a bit expensive

Very attentive friendly staff. Seem to care more about customer service than money. Rooms a little on the small side but still fine. Lovely restaurant area surrounded by plants and trees. Can help you arrange onward travel including the train. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel, with lush green garden and colourful flower scattered all over the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They went into a lot of trouble to book a bus tickets for next week for us. We got the small, basic room. Comfortable, soft bed. There's aircon and hot shower. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh seasonal fruits, fruit juice, pancakes with local honey, egg, toast and pineapple jam. Dinner was also great with lots of choice. We are vegetarians and we had a lovely dinner here. All in all great stay at a beautiful place.

Beautiful, calm place with excellent service and delicious breakfast. Bicycle for rent are available and hotel has a good location to explore Hsipaw. Ideal hotel to stay after some hiking with Ko Pee Travel.

This is a really wonderful little hotel. The staff were probably the nicest of my whole trip and hsipaw is a must. Small quaint town surrounded by Shan villages.

Free pick up from train station. Lovely breakfast. Nice rooms. Beautiful garden. Very friendly and helpful staff will make you feel home.

Beautiful garden, very kind people, free pick up service from a train station
They let us take a shower after we came back from trekking although we already checked out more than 40 hours ago. Even offered us two bottles of water when we were about to leave.
CON
A room is simple. No mirror, no table, no refrigerator
Even if they call it resort, there isn't a swimming pool.

Me and my family has stayed there for a night yesterday on 22nd Oct 2016 and we enjoyed it very much. Room is ready when we got to the resort although it was in the evening in darkness. The room is wide enough for my family of 2 adults and 3 young boys. The food was great and quick. The services are amazing and we highly recommend this hotel the future travellers.
