Basic but comfortable accommodation in the middle of town. Hot shower was available and our room also had air conditioning and a tv. Easy stroll to the local market and there is a shop two doors from the guesthouse serving local Shan noodles - a must for every traveller! It is worth waking up early as the monks head out in a procession collecting alms every morning.
