Location of the Hotel is very near to Bogyoke Aung San Market and Phya Lan Station. But rooms are a little bit noisy bcoz the walls are so thin and not sound resistance.

Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, moldy peeling wallpaper, very dirty slimy windows.with old tape on itI felt dirty after being in the room and didn't want to touch anything. Breakfast was really bad - and I've lived in SEA for 7 years. That said, the staff was very nice and the location was perfect.

Excellent place in the middle of Yangon. Very friendly staff and good rooms. There is also a complimentary breakfast. Situated close to Shwedagon pagoda and Suley pagoda and many other tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a week in February. And I would stay again.

For:
-Reasonably priced
-ok sized room
-clean bathroom and toilet
-friendly staff
-very good location (lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants nearby)

Against:
-No cupboards in the room - which is frankly bizarre
-Aircon takes some getting used to (tip press the reset button to get it started)
-Hot water also a little fiddly
-The breakfast is chinese style - and I am sure gave me the Burma Belly.
