  Nice & clean hotel in a less busy neighborhood but within close proximity of 2 malls & a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

  It is a new and clean hotel. The staf is nice and friendly. The Birmese breakfast is very good. European breakfast is simple. Good coffee.

  Good value for money paid. Rooms are rather large, the rest of parameters are quite similar to other Yangon newly built small hotel. Staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is fair.
