Located in Bago. Around 1 hour drive from Yangon. Can go there as daycation. No entry fee. There are two sunset terraces. Small library with piano inside. Food is also not bad. There is a small swimming pool with entry fee 5000Kyats.

Fabulous boutique hotel with superb food just outside Bago. Lovely swimming pool and brilliantly designed treehouses in two huge mango trees. Many thanks to MiMi, Frank, Han-Suu and all the staff for making our stay so memorable. Astrid and Jeremy

By far the best place to stay in Bago. The rooms and especially the food are outstanding. Many thanks to Frank & Mimi. They were great host. Highly recommend.

Well designed and caring hotel outside Bago. The non-aircon deluxe rooms cooled amazingly thanks to the huge high ceilings. Food was very good, slightly refined local dishes in general.
