Lovely place. Great staff and helpful owner. Like the flowery garden, trees and plants. Close enough to the Main Street of New Bagan.

We stayed 4 nights initially then returned for a further 2 after a trip to mt Victoria (from 28th march 18) Comfortable large rooms with lovely garden . Delightful and helpful staff. Breakfast and food cooked and presented to a very high standard e.g. the basil chicken was delicious.
Peaceful End of the Bagan season is a brilliant time to visit Began if you want the space and peace to fully enjoy Began. E Bikes organised by hotel delivered to the door ready for you as early as you need. Superb way of getting around even I managed them and in evening! We paid £3 for a day can't beat that either. I could go on would highly recommend

This hotel is sooooooo good. The rooms are comfortable and good to sleep in. It is in a good environment. The manager was soooooo kind. They have super good services, by helping and renting bikes, e-bikes, and cars (I think) for us.😊 The service is the best. I’d say that this is the best hotel in Bagan. Nice garden. This hotel is a very amazing hotel. It’s attributes are very good. It is the little things that are truly amazing. The food there is delicious because of the amazing chef. He’s the best. The puppet shows are also extremely entertaining while eating peacefully. The soothing Burmese drum music goes very well with the story arc of the puppet show. I really like their breakfast too. I am not a huge extrovert, so their cozy lobby and dining area is delightful to stay in. Once you get a room, the hotel is full of bungalows, which makes this hotel even cozier. It reminds me of the beach. The bungalows are quite cozy and the wood of the rooms have a soothing calming feel. I especially love the outdoor field in the center to have my collegues and I have fun. The hotel is an amazing place. I am not forgetting the beautiful manager, Ms. Wa Wa. She is an amazing person, helping us wherever we want to go. She will help you enjoy your time in Bagan. There are also e-bikes you can borrow for riding throughout your time in Bagan. Overall an amazing hotel, would go back 100%.

Great manager, she helped us to book a cheap and deluxe car go to popa mountain, confirm our bus. Quite and clean room. Good breakfast.

The hotel staff especially their manager were very welcoming and accommodating. The whole hotel has a relaxed and home-y atmosphere :) will definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit Bagan :)

The staff is incredible! They make you feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort by going above and beyond to cater to any request. Also, the breakfast buffet and the on site restaurant and very tasty as well.

The staff could not do enough for us the wonderful Wah Wah is an absolute delight. She managed to get us on a ballon ride at such short notice. The manager was a beautiful calm man who went out of his way to tell us about local customs and about the way of life in Bagan
If you ever go to Bagan highly recommend this place. If we return to Myanmar we will stay here again

We stayed 4nights in hotel. Staffs are very helpful, hospitable and lovely especially Wah. The place is very private, quiet and delightful to stay. Wah and crews treated us like family and we felt we were at home. :) From booking to checking out, everything was excellent. Wah arranged electronic bike for us to roam around Bagan city. They organised return bus to yangon pick-up for us and we checked in swiftly and easily. Hotel is Banglo-like with its own garden. Cleaniness is superb and bathroom is provided shower head, bathtub and water heater. Mattress is comfortable. Next day, we planned to leave hotel early morning to roam around city nearby Bagan and Wah rang us to wake up in order not to be late step off. :) Breakfast was excellent which was like western style and chinese style. Even though I more prefer local foods but i understand Bagan is tourist attraction and not a big deal of serving the breakfast as western style and chinese style. That was my second visit to Bagan, i will consider to stay at Ruby True for my next visit there. It is a mid-range hotel with 5 star service! Thank you for helping us to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent hotel with basic amenities and very helpful/welcoming staff. It is located in a serene area just west of New Bagan. The location isn't an issue since the staff is helpful with motor scooter/bike/taxi rentals. A great value stay in Bagan!
