  Very affordable price and quite good value for money. They also provide tours at reasonable prices. You can ask for towels and they will provide them. Double room with fan and shared bathroom 14usd.
  Try to shower when there's no one else doing it because the water is quite hot but doesn't last for long.
  Extremely kind staff!

  The people of the pan cherry guesthouse are the most kind I've ever met! I left my necklaces in the room and they have sent it all the way to Mandalay in a box with my name written on it. The made a lot of effort to make the necklace be with it's owner again. They took care with much love ! I really recommend to stay here!

  Rooms starts from 7 usd with shared bathroom. Bathrooms very old, staff doesn't care about the customers. But for backpackers it's ok place to stay.

  8usd for a simple fan room. Shared bathroom.
  
  Good for a budget room and it's probably one of the cheapest you could find.
  
  However room is really simple and look a bit run-down. I didn't stay there though, was there to check out the room.
