Very good budget hotel. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but that is the same for many hotels in Bagan, and they were very comfortable.
The best thing was that they had a shower/toilet near reception so even though we had checked out in the morning, and had a long hot day exploring temples, we could take a shower before our night bus.
Location is a bit on the edge of New Bagan. There are a small number of restaurants nearby but most good options are a bit far to walk (25-30 min walk and streets are not lit well).
Opposite the hotel was an e-bike hire place with very reasonable prices, plus they also do some tours (like river cruise, but we didn't try any) and also laundry which is pay-per-kilogram. The hotel laundry is pay-per-item in USD which would be much more expensive!
Hotel Reception staff are very friendly and try to be helpful but some had poor English so it was quite hard to communicate and understand each other.
Breakfast is an average buffet which was adequate but we found that they often ran out of certain items so my tip would be, if you see something you want to eat, grab it before it has gone.
Thank You so much for the lovely room, nicely cleaned and wonderful view. All the staff were amazingly friendly & immaculate service delivery well worthy of 5-Star.
Special gratitude to Ms Thiri & Myint Thu Naing for the final touches before I departed, for offering me a shower with towel & amenities. And also for the initiative to re-confirm that driver would be picking me up.
I had an enjoyable stay in Bagan, pampered by Crown Prince Hotel staff. Thank you so much Ms Thiri & your entire team working hard at keeping Crown Prince so amazing!
Booking for Deluxe room but unfortunately already full booked. So the receptionist give us superior room for relax and then we've got to changes to the deluxe room. The receptionist so kind-hearted and best service ever.
I checked in very late due to the night bus got delayed. However, staffs from the hotel were still happy greeting us when we arrived with an orange juice. The room was big and spacious. I like how cleanliness the room looks. One big minus were the hotel only accept cash in local currency. Although they do have ATM machine, I still don't want to cash out and pay extra fee for withdraw international. The price is a bit high, but in the end I definitely feel like what I paid is what I get.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They spoke very good English and was able to arrange all necessary tours and trips. Central location. The bathroom could be a little cleaner.
Average hotel for higher price with tasty breakfest. Pancakes were simply the best. Big con was that you cannot pay by card and USD Only you can is to pay by cash in Kyats. Our accomodation was booked in USD and they convert Dollars to Kyats by very unfriendly ratio - the price has, of course, increased by several dollars Second con was the price of the drinks at the reception
Very friendly hotel staff, tasty pancakes for breakfast. Hotel accepts payments only in cash and only in local currency. If you have booked room online in USD, amount will be converted with horrible ratio 1400 kyats per 1 USD.
Very good room service
The staff was really friendly experience this one woman at the reception, who was being a queen B.
We stayed at the dorm which was just a normal room with 6 beds. Little privacy but fun and social. Also good continental breakfast.
If you are looking for value, this is the place that you need. Huge room, huge bathroom (I stayed for three nights here)
Located in New Bagan, very easy to find and near to the main road. I booked this room via booking dot com, they will hold your card but you still need to pay in cash (in local currency) during your check in time (your card only to hold your booking, they will charge you if you cancel anytime)
The room exactly looks like on the photo, it's clean and nice
I'm not suggesting to take the breakfast, it's very basic and you can get something better outside the hotel and no swimming pool in this hotel but still good value for money
The staff was very friendly and helpful! Just outside the door you can let Min Min organise everything you possibly need.
Great hotel for 3 stars at bargain prices. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast isn't fancy - eggs, a few Asian style dishes, sausages, tomatoes and a small selection of fruits. It's more than adequate and more than what you would normally get at a 3 star hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Room was fine. Horrible breakfast though. Just bread which was old and hard as rock, like few days old not fresh.
Only bread and jam, and 2 kinds of fruits melon and watermelon. No one could speak English to help us when I tried to ask for eggs or anything else.
Room was nice, clean and quite modern. Location very convinent close to main road. Breakfast was disappointing.
Comfortable and friendly. Good standard in Myanmar.
