you can go to many ancient temples and pagodas from there.it is closer to those places than others..quite fair pricestaffs are kind and helpful,especially the manager lady.she could even bring mt.everest to u.

This guest house price is affordable and good. You should choose this place if you want to go budget trip to Bagan. I liked it for more cause of their breakfast. :D

The place is good location and closed with a lot of ancient pagoda. The room is clean, air condition is great, 24/7 electricity facility. Breakfast has included as standard room charges. You should try the breakfast in somewhere. They can also provide E-Bike rental and tour guide services but, there have no restaurant.
The staff are really helpful and excellent.

Very accommodating staff. Basic but sufficient amenities. Bathroom and bedroom may not look fancy but it was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi does not work all the time in the room but no big deal. We are allowed to check in early at no extra charge ( subject to room availability of course ). And as we have a bus to catch in the evening we're allowed to use their shower facility which is great and much appreciated.

Conveniently located half way between Old Bagan and Nyagun U making it a good spot to go explore the temples during day and heading to Nyagun U for dinner and drinks (it is ~15 Min walk).
Spent here 3 nights and can say the room was clean and mattress comfortable. Wi-fi was working all the time although not always fast. Breakfast was simple (coffe\tea, eggs, rice, toast and some butter\jam, fruit) but OK portion. Also rented a scooter for 8k day and used some taxis arranged by the hostel and can say that actually got good prices (comparing to people that I've met and staying in other places that where paying double for similar services/renting). Staff made all efforts to direct me to the right places and never tried upselling anything. Also got me an early check in free of charge as they actually had the room available (which was great after 2 nights on night buses). Recommend this place for anyone coming to the area.

I stayed 1 night there. The room was ok, but it has weird smell in the room. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful. Location is good.
