Room price ok, clean, comfortable room, staff service good, breakfast is mid range, good restaurant with resonable price, motor bike can rent, but location is a bit far from main road although it is near downtown.

Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly and they went above and beyond in every way. We checked out and they allowed us to keep our luggage there for free as we were getting a bus out of bago later that day and when we got back we were soaked from rain. They allowed us to use one of the rooms to get cleaned up and then even dryed our clothes for us for no charge. Room was great, very clean and comfortable and nice amenities such as hair dryer and coffee. Food was the best we have had in Myanmar and very reasonable prices with a yummy included breakfast. We really enjoyed our late night room service free of additional cost! Highly recommend it here!

The reception was like at a five start hotel. Very nice and the staff very helpful.
The room was nice and big enough with a great shower. The air con had few problems at night and was leaking unfortunately. The breakfast not overwhelming but ok (we were able to chose between American and local breakfast the night before).
The rental bike totally overpriced and in bad condition. We paid for a semi automatic for 4h 7000K, we paid the same in Bago for a full automatic in good condition for 24h. And you do need a bike bc the hotel is quite far from the center.
Price a bit high for what you get and for the remote location.

Nice rooms, although ones without twin beds are small. Breakfast satisfactory. Dinner is nice. Great staff except the manager person.
Nice for just a sleep. Not a hotel with facilities to relax much.

Expensive for what you get. Humid rooms and not very "luxurious" as the say. Quite far from the city centre and the main pagodas. You can rent a bike or motorbike.
