The hotel is new. So everything is very tidy and clean. The room is quite big. Has everything necessary and even cattle so you can make a tea and coffee for yourself. The aircon is working well. The WiFi in the room is OK. The staff speaks perfect English wich is really rare for Myanmar. And they are super-super friendly and helpful! The Breakfast was fine. I spent 4 nights in the hotel as I couldn't leave the city due to the Water Festival. I am glad I made this choice. A nice place to have rest after all this time traveling around Asia.
