A very good guesthouse. Fifteen dollars per night for foreigners. This rate is very cheap in Mawlamyein.
The room I stayed (two single beds) situated on the back of the hotel has air conditioner, refrigerator, writing table and chair, mirror, TV, however no hot shower is available. No breakfast.
The room on the back faces to Thanlwin River. You can see the river from the room. However, there are many trees between the hotel and the river, the view is not good.response / report this review -

I am sorry to write about this but It should be. Rooms was okey to sleep. they charges 6 $ as based on daily international rates.
WIFI-NEVER WORKING, OWNER SAID SOMETIMES BUT NOT SURE.
0. Written Free wifi But I can read one webpage for 5 to 10 trials even besides no connection whole night time. And they said never mind.
1. employees watching Tv in noise till 11 pm. You can enjoy or hate like me.
2. Turn off fan switch even I am in the room
3. ceaselss noise from upstair for remodeling.

양곤까지 비슷한 가격에 컨디션 좋은 숙소 쓰다가ㅋㅋㅋ모몰레인 오니까 숙소퀄리티가 확떨어지네요 ㅠ 좋은방은 너무비싸서.

This guest house does not make you feel welcome or cozy. People barely speak English, and the place is not very well run. Felt very dirty and unkempt, and employees entered our room two or three times by accident. I'd suggest Pann Su Wei guest house a few blocks down the street where we went after our only night here. No bed bugs in the rooms, but decently-sized spiders.

Bearing in mind that this is a budged guest house I was happy to stay in Aurora. For an extra few dollars rooms with private bathroom and old fashion AC are available. No bet bugs which was a most important thing for me

This place is okay for backpackers willing to travel cheaply 6$ single 12$ double
The owner speaks well English and helps you out
