  Pretty good. Staff are friendly and attentive. Decent location near local market area of the Medina. 1 minute walk to road where there are many taxis and buses to take you elsewhere.
  
  Little things keep it from being great. Our room was a bit dirty and in need of some touching up. There was mold in the bathroom and the towels were dirty on our first night. It can be noisy at night as all rooms face the indoor courtyard/reception area where people enter the Riad. It's all enclosed except for a small terrace area so it can be a bit stuffy.
  
  Breakfast was average. Could do with some variety and fresh fruit. It is very bread/carb heavy.
  
  Overall fairly happy considering what we paid, but it could be so much better with a few little changes.

  Very good place to stay in Fez. The staff is very friendly and useful. Not everyone speaks English, all can figure out what customers want and how to provide assistance. Despite the proximity to a busy area, location felt safe and locals were friendly. Do not miss the dinner at the relaxing atmosphere at the riad itself!

  Nour is a prime example of the Moroccan hospitality we experienced throughout our trip. She made sure we had bus tickets leaving Fez and when there was a mix up in dates, she graciously offered to go to the bus station to change our tickets on her day off. The Riad is beautiful and has a nice rooftop terrace view. We had the Musk room, which was very spacious and comfortable. Location is very close to --- but quite a long way (35-45min walk) from the Blue Gate.

  This is Riad made our trip to Fes amazing. We arrived during Eid time and the city was almost closed but the awesome Nour and Hanan who work there made everything possible so we have a great time. Their recommendation of places to see and eat was all on point and we loved it all. They helped us setting up a city tour and they themselves took us out after work hours to the places we wanted to go. They were very nice and even helped us with shopping from the quality stores she knows in the medina. The Riad itself is beautiful and very clean and quite. Our suit was spacious and beautiful with a very nice bathroom. Totally recommended

  This Riad was the perfect place for me and my 2 girlfriends! The employees that worked there made the stay extra special by being so kind and helpful with knowledge of the area and in assisting us to schedule things we wanted to do (ie. suggestions for Haman's Spas and outdoor pools). The two employees, Hanna and Nour were exceptional kind to all us girls! They went out of their ways to make sure we had everything we needed and were so friendly to all of us! This made our stay lovely. Also, the actual Riad itself was very clean and well kept, the breakfast and dinner were great and the location was central to most things. We also felt very safe which is important as a traveling group of girls. I would definitely recommend this Riad for the value and excellent staff working here.

  The staff here is nice and helpful. The place is clean and cozy. It is situated near the bus station, easy to find.

  It's good value for money. The people at the hotel are friendly. They go out of their way to help you out with anything you need. The breakfast was good, really traditional. We would recommend this place.

  We had a fantastic stay at Riad Borj Dhab. The staff was all very helpful, kind, and went out of their way to do anything for us. Our room was spacious and nice and the breakfast was generous and really delicious. We'd definitely return!

  One of the most gorgeous hotel in Morocco! Very comfortable and relaxing. The staff welcomes you warmly with a pot of mint tea and biscuits. They do go out of the way to make your feel at home. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Will stay here again the next time in Fez.
