Had a wonderful stay in this riad! Rooms are very nice, tea is always offered and delicious. The rooftop has an incredible sight on the medina. Nabil and the other members of the staff had been very nice, friendly and helpful since our arrive 'til the end of our vacation

don't go there. the reception staff stole money and a perfume from our room while we were gone.
we called the police, but of course nothing happened because they are their best friends. beware!
so we lost 250 euro, a bottle of perfume, 4 hours waiting/talking to the police - and most important, we lost faith and trust towards morrocan hospitality.response / report this review -

Dirty and overpriced. There are no communal facilities or kitchen, and the staff were rude and even aggressive - there is no privacy because they take your room key from you before you leave the property. Avoid - particularly females travelling alone!

The toilet seat was broken after asking them to mend it they just placed it back and didn't even screw it in. The ladder to the bunk bed bends when stepped upon, absolutely unsafe. Lost a few makeup items as well, pretty sure we didn't misplace it so you get the idea

A small hotel in a traditional moroccan riad with interior courtyard and rooms around it with windows only to the courtyard. Not so easy to find because of its location in medina. There is a car parking in about 5 minutes of walking by narrow streets of this maze.

Was slightly hard to find the hotel. Taxi charged 150 Dirhams from airport to the blue gate and then another 50 dirhams to take suitcases to the doorstep as it is in the middle of the fes el bali (old madina). The next morning, we met people from the airport that had also travelled and they had to catch a 15 min taxi to get to the same place where we were staying!
But once here, staff were expecting us and everything was very good and they were very welcoming. They gave us a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite, with a chocolate and strawberry cake, candles, flowers and swans made from towels plus there is access to the roof of the hotel. Amazing views, especially at sunset.

Internet doesn't work in room. No hot water. They took the air conditioning controller. Breakfast was small. Room was clean and sizeable.

The best place i've stayed in Fès! The family are so friendly, kind and helpful, the room is large and clean, there is always hot water, and clean sheets and towels every day! Breakfast plentiful and fresh. I've stayed places twice as expensive as this in Fès and not had service like this. Also has one of the finest views from the terrace, and is in a perfect location for exploring the medina. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back!
