Good location at a reasonable rate.

The room was quite loud at night and club music from neighbouring venues was very audible well untill past midnight.

The hotel has two main entrance s so you will need to be careful when booking transport.

A descent hotel with all you need, if you're not looking for a luxurious stay in marrakech. You can't beat the price with that location.

Great experience and lovely staff. Well worth for what we paid. Yes the deco could be modernised a little but it's worth the price. Clean towels daily and room cleaned every morning. Could do with some some simple toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash..though they do provide toilet paper and soap daily. All in all a great location and worth it!

A good hotel and perfectly placed in Marrakech. You can walk to the Medina or take a cab for a small fee. The food in the hotel is OK but not great. The beds and rooms are proper and clean. Our window was broken, after telling the staff they fixed it immediately.

Fairly priced hotel. Nice breakfast. The bathroom maintenance is not up to standard. The shower water pressure was real bad especially when you turn it to warm. Meaning you have to take a cold shower if you want to get wet at all.

Nice hotel, not to far from Djemna square. Some rooms need urgent maintenance, other rooms are OK. Rooms are small, but clean. With tv and airco. Hotel has swimmingpool.

We stayed for two weeks. The Hotel is local, many good restautants in the near and the air condition worked.
But the rooms are not clean, and they need to be renewed. The bathroom is very old. The wifi did Not work regulary.

The included restaurant is not at all recommended. The waiters were very unfriendly, didn't even say hello.
And unfortunately the food is not even better. They used every day the same bread, also for the breakfast. The bread is as hard as a stone. You can't decide what is what. The juice is more sugar than water.

We would give The hotel without The Restaurant and the breakfast 3 Stars.

was great experience, workers very polite, sweet, we did enjoy our stay, is almost family oriented business, we get to meet and have coffee with the hotel director Mr Mustapha Chhih.Mustapha was down to earth.
I definitely recommend it,
when ever I feel Morocco is calling for me, I will for sure go back to this hotel.

The waiter in restaurant was rude, we had agree to have lunch but then there was no chef. We complain and later the waiter was really rude and did not even answer when we said hi.

Staff helped us rescue trapped kitten that kept mewing at 2am on the grounds. 10/10 would kitten again.

Nice hotel in a good area. Has a big outdoor pool and clean rooms. It's good value for money, breakfast is good as well if you have it. Walkable to most sights, shops, ATM's, and places to eat.

In summary, you get what you pay for. Used hotel for a week in February 2014 and had a trouble free stay. Its a no frills hotel so don't expect anything other than a very basic experience but it is useful as a cheap base in Marrakesh but look elsewhere if you're planning on spending lots of time in the hotel.

Hotel reception had plenty of info regarding excursions which was useful. Food was very basic at both breakfast and dinner time so you should also consider local restaurants if this forms an important part of your holiday.

Been in Morocco for a month, so I tried quite a few places by now. And this place has the most arrogant people on staff I ever met. I never made it passed the checkin. Grabbed a cab and moved on.
