Good room, clean and well equipped. Helpful staff and good base for exploring the city. Happy with our stay.

Definately not the 5 star resort it claims to be. Our check in was smooth but we were given a room at the back of the hotel and on our way to the room we noticed numerous rooms being renovated with a lot of dust and paint thinner smell present in the hallways. I requested to have my room changed to a different location in the hotel and they said the room we booked which was basically a villa was only located in that area of the hotel.
I'm sure the hotel would've easily had us 4 adults in 2 differnet rooms so we don't have to smell the dust & paint during our stay but no expections were made (Poor customer service) and we had to walk through the dust covered floor each morning smelling the paint on our way to breakfast and our vehicle. (Not impressed). The resort was not even at half capacity based on the amount of people we saw in the resort.
The beds were comfortable but out of the 4 days we stayed there, 2 days the room service was done late and not properly, shortage of towels or the beds weren't properly made and had to call housekeeping.
The breakfast was included in our stay but Same items on the menu for all 4 days, should change it up a bit to cater to your clients.
The swimming pool was closed off due to renovations so unable to use that as well, they should advise customer before hand or compensate in another way to make up for the inconvenience since that's was one thing which made me originally book this overpriced resort.
The spa was the only nice things I liked at the resort but the only reason for that was it seemed to be run by an outside 3rd party company.
Overall stay was more like a 2 star, and would not want to stay with them again. I'm sure other people have had good experience with this resort but if they were in my position I wouldn't be surprised if they all rated in 2 star or Less.response / report this review -

Not great looks better from the outside. Bedrooms are extremely dated and dirty! Breakfast was iffy at best with instant coffee and cold eggs.

Good place to stay, but poor room service. Family if 4 were given 3 towels and after 4 calls to house keeping we didn't get 4th towel. I stayed there for 6 days.

Lovely place for a quality time in Marrakech. Close to the airport, Carrefour mall, Medina and most interesting places to visit in this tourist city. Offers alcohol in a city where its hard to find. Great Time.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel but the receptionist wasn't very helpful,customer service could have been better. When I got to the hotel the receptionist said my room wasn't booked with them so I had to show my paperwork, still the receptionist said they couldn't find our booking so I had to show some angar and frustration then he sorted our room. The security guard at the hotel was very nice and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and the bathroom was nice too.

THIS hotel is the best..its an oasis away from the crowded center5min drive, and it's beautiful with a gorgeous pool..very big and clubbars and shops
Very friendly staff..my got yo place every time in Marrakeshthe best book hereu won't be disappointed..and the buffet breakfast. OMGITS LIE A FAIRY TAIL.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel nice decod clean and fresh rooms most staff are friendly however a couple staff seem to be quite rude for no absolute reason amazing breakfast buffet really enjoyed it genuine 5 star hotel

Very poor service, if you ring reception or house keeping firstly they will never answer and if they ever done, they will state that they will send someone to the room but this will never happen. Halfboard is a waste of money, as this does not include the international restaurant. You have a choice of Italian or Morrocan, where the Morrocan has limit menu, and even then they are pretty much out of stock. Hotel is under the flight path which means planes can be heard through the night. I paid for a twin double and got a single double , yet staff adamant that a room with a single bed is what is called a twin double and I had the correct room, yet when I pointed out that my sisters family had booked a twin double and had a got a room with two beds, they wash their hands of it by saying I should take it up with my travel agent!

Very nice hotel of luxury. Great service and nice stores inside of different interesting stuffs especially cosmetic argan oil and Moroccan species and traditional products.

Amazing place to stay at. Excellent service. I arrived early with the kids and the lady at the reception was so kind as to let me and the family check in early. It would have been hell to go out into Marrakech in the baking tempo of 44 degrees. The staff went out of their way to show us to our room each time we got lost in the corridors. The pool is great. The breakfast is outstanding. The kids loved it. Will definitely come back.
