Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. The restaurant food is delicious. Loved our stay here. However I personally would expect a little more in order for it to be a 5 star hotel.

Excellent staff. Great food and a highly relaxing stay. All the staff are really helpful. About 15-20mins from Medina by free shuttle bus.
The food was excellent and varied for local and European tastes. We actually made the effort to be at the hotel for meals as the food was so nice.
We went as a couple and throughly enjoyed a restful stay.response / report this review -

This is my 3rd time at the Sirayane and it never seems to fail. Beautiful place to relax and feel thoroughly spoilt. All the people who work there make you feel so welcome and can't do enough for you. Will definitely be back.

Un hôtel impeccable ! les chambre, l'équipe, le restaurant tout était parfait ! Une équipe très sympathique, un service de qualité et un confort excellent.
Les repas de l'hôtel sont des repas gastronomique et excellent !

Lovely quiet hotel but in a very secluded location. The hotel itself is probably only 4 star but the staff are fantastic and definitely 5 star. Food in the restaurant is superb.

J'ai lu quelques avis négatifs sur l'hôtel. Et j'ai du mal à les comprendre. Mais ils sont rares donc pas de panique. L'hôtel est magnifique, calme et reposant. Il n'est pas dans Marrakech mais le service de navette gratuite est impeccable. Il faut 15mn maximum pour accéder à la Koutoubia. Le chauffeur est d'ailleurs très sympa.
Pour le reste, le petit déjeuner est très varié et comme tous les plats, la qualité est au rendez vous. Le personnel est au petit soin.

5 nights in such an amazing hotel is good enough for anyone who wants to relax and unwind.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, not much around but everything you could need is in this one place.
The staff are friendly and helpful, every need is met and the staff try there hardest to suggest things to do.
The food here is excellent from breakfast to evening dinner, try the local ravine and couscous dishes, these are excellent.
There is a free shuttle to the airport and the Medina, make sure you book. Pool facilities are excellent.response / report this review -

Un lieu de rêve, un havre de paix, un lieu exceptionnel, tout est parfait, merci à Monsieur Youness, Ainsi que Monsieur Mehdi, un service de grande qualité, avec un personnel dévoyé et professionnel, attentionné, sympathique.
Les mini suites sont de très grandes standing, avec literies irréprochables, bref je peux continuer à faire des louanges, et mais il y a la piscine qui m'attend.
