The staff was perfect. But it didn't feel like a 4*Hotel at all. Didn't come enough water from the shower and it was freezing cold in the room

This is a super
Budget hotel for homeless, the bathroom was overflowing water and lights weren't working, you get 1 croissant and orange juice for brekki, air con is like trying to programme a computer..

There are 2 AC's in the unit. Both turned themselves off at around 3am. Turned them back on but stopped again shortly after. Could not be turned on after that.That is simply NOT acceptable at any price point. Location cannot be better though.

Well situated, nice place, helpful - the wifi was not working on my first night when I arrived at midnight and they had fixed it by morning when i pointed it out. Appliances are old but it is extremely clean. Pool is set deep within a kind of cool basin at the back presumably for African summers but you will not be sunbathing near it LOL
