It was beautiful ❤ only bit u can fault is the reception staff are laid back like honesty laid back. but the rest are just amazing. The food is amazing but could do with chili but honesty I would come back heres

Excellent hotel, very clean comfortable. Staff very helpful nothing is too much for them. Amazing selection of food in particular breakfast. Can't wait to come back!!

It was really unforgettable! My visit to Les dunes d'Or was fantastic. The staff was so nice with no exception! The activities were so great and the food was really delicious! I don't regret my visit and I would like to come back soon!

Lots of entertainment on Xmas day.
Wide range of food to eat. Something for everyone.

We had all inclusive.
The bar team do not know how to make a cocktail or any mixed type drink.

We ordered a whiskey and coke. It was 3/4 whiskey we could not drink it.
Then you get the occasional one that can make a good mix.

The pool is not heated so not really enjoyable in winter. I seen a good few people use small kids pool as it was heated.

There is a cold wind from the Atlantic ocean which makes sunbathing in winter not that good.

Also watch the drink machines. We had some and bugs fell into the drinks from the machine tap. Like wasps.

So far we have been Overall disappointed with our visit. The facilities are good and excellent location. However within 30 mins of lunch or dinner they start running out of food. Especially if like us you are vegetarian.

Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly but others couldn't care less.

We were 2 families and when we asked for a pizza to take to our table one of them refused.

We had to complain to the chef and only then were we able get more then one slice

The hotel could be improved, but it is decent. Somewhat old furniture and outdated equipment and decor. It is very close to a beautiful sandy beach, where you can find sun beds for the hotel guests. It has great service staff, beginning with the cleaning staff, through great bar tenders, friendly waiting staff and an amazing animation team. There is both tasty and not very tasty food, so you need to try it for yourself, however there is little chance you leave any restaurant hungry given the selection they have to offer. The animation team is very inviting and entertaining so you have opportunities for playing, exercising and relaxing. I would recommend it.
