Beautiful Hotel and spa located in the heart of Adadir. The pool is massive and clean, also they provide towels and sunbeds.
The hotel itself is modern and huge inside, our room was spacious and open planned.
Staff at this place need training, and NEED TO stop asking for tips for everything. I had a waiter who took away my glass of water (half full) and then had the audacity to ask for a tip for doing that, and the cleaning staff were just as bad. They would wait for us to get back in the room and just loiter around our door to ask for a tip. When I spend a fortune for staying at a hotel already, I normally want peace and quiet, not to be hassled by staff for a tip 24/7.
It did ruin our stay at this place, aswell as the fact that there is not much to do in Agadir.
The bars we went to were full of ‘working woman’, and the price of a JD and Coke cost us around £12! Even the Mc Donalds there costed us an arm and a leg! I think Agadir was one of the worst holidays that I have been to. Hotel was okay, staff were rubbish, expensive and there was not much to do!

It a nice place to stay, some staf or personal are very freindly, some so so, and some depend on tip you give. And that the reason why I don't give 5.

Beautiful stunning hotel I stayed in the upgraded rooms totally worth the money. Originally booked the kenzo Europa (What a nightmare ) royal atlas was our saving grace

Nice location and good swimming pool. some rooms are really old and certainly outdated with no basic facilities! The staff can be more friendly and polite!

Beautiful hotel and a very large pool/bar deck. Great place to relax and unwind, but still very close to the activity and energy of the boardwalk.

Needs renovation and the wifi was barely working. Pool are and spa were good, but that's what one would expect from a five star hotel.

hotel was of good standard but awfully boring with nothing to do after the pool closed. Evening entertainment provided by the hotel was very poor. Also service in everything was a bit slow.
