We visted as a family April 2017 during the easter hoildays. This hotel and staff are amazing. Three pools loads of entertainment in the hotel and by the pool. Child friendly. Food is ok breakfast is a mix of everything as well as lunch and dinner. The beach right by the hotel. Theres entertainment by the beach camel riding and street sellers. Follow the long strip by the beach you will reach kfc, Macdonald and pizza hut. There ice cream parlour aswell. One of the best hoildays we have been to. Taxis are outside the hotel dont forget to haggle.

The service isn't good enough for a Iberostar hotel. Breakfast is very poor.
    Dirt at the restaurant.
    Very poor evening animations.
    Room was ok.
The stuff sometimes not wanted to speak in different language than french.
German and Polish tourists aren't welcome and are worse treated than Arabic or French.
In two weeks we had only 2 days of sun and everyone told us, that it comes tomorrow (July). They tell that it's 330 days sun in year. Did we had so much luck? Don't think so!

Poor value all inclusive, better off going to the RUI or Robinsons

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are quite dated though. All inclusive are usually the best value for money. Food is pretty good with a big variety! Direct access to the beach.

    The good:
Very, very clean hotel. Very, very friendly staff. All inclusive is the way to go, very pleasant experience.
    The bad:
French cuisine, most of the food taste like you are put on a diet. I am a spanish cuisine men, i like meat and plenty of choices, not sallads and fruits de mer.
    The ugly:
    Nothing ugly, really great.

Yes, we had half board, we had 3 days with soft drinks, however the 4th day when we had soft drinks, they was asking us to pay as soft drinks not included. Not very happy as we just had water with meals. They don't even mention soft drinks included or not.

Nice hotel. Staff are friendly. They even tolerated my gauche raid of their bar one morning. I wanted a screwdriver darn it. The all inclusive is the way to go. Food was pretty good as buffets go. Outdoor heated pool is nice in colder months. I would stay here again. After having to put up with an Ibis hotel the day before, this place was a godsend.

nice hotel, really liked it. the food is nice, the entertainment team are nice, the pool is nice and one of the two pools are heated in winter. there is a nice demand of food that suits everybody, the beach is close and nice. one negative thing is the gym/ soccerfield. this is not a place to workout on.

Modern, friendly hotel. Good facilities. Right beside beach. Excellent staff, always available. Warm pool was too deep for me, shallow pool was too cold. Taxis always ready outside. Good food. No coffee-making facilities in room. Safe and secure. Most of Agadir is a shambles.
