It's more of a 2.5 really. A lot of the more reasonable comments about this location are pretty much spot on. Beds are hard, we were in Room 135 right above the Bar/Club area which was particularly loud and irritating. It did however have a nice spacious balcony so swings and roundabouts. (A sun lounger or two on the balcony would have been a smart offering).
The shower head was broken, invariably showers were lukewarm rather than hot, and the main hotel area, whilst not horrible looks a little rundown.
Wi-Fi not available in the room, so everyone congregates in the main reception area, but it's entirely possible that some of the rooms may have a signal.
I had an issue with front of house (asking for additional fresh towels 3 times and being told they'd be delivered to the room), before I sat at reception waiting for them which took an additional 45 minutes, so whilst I can't vouch for all reception staff, this isn't a ringing endorsement.
Food was adequate and if you fancy a cheap clean hotel with no frills than this might be the option for you. This is not a luxury hotel, and to expect anything more would be foolish, but it is a reasonable enough place to stay if you don't have outlandish expectations.

Hotel was clean, beds were single no double beds, the bed that were given to us was no different to laying down on a concrete slab, definetly didn't have a good night sleep but other than that, the waiters were nice, animation team were all stuck up other than a new member they had (Muhammed) which was a lovely guy, the foods were repetitive but expected, the location was nice and would definetly recommend the area but I'd like to try a different hotel.

Marroccan food was good, staff pleasant. Beautifull view from the restaurant. But my husband and our choldren couldnt sleap because of the strong bass sound from next door disco. But we got our room changed the day after as we complained.

This was the worst holiday I have ever been on or encounter. They are neglectful and DO NOT CATER for English. the beach is UNSAFE for women OF ALL AGES (I was grabbed and pulled under the sea by a local). you DO NOT get time to relax as you will constantly be hassled by beggars and people try to sell you things. our room was dirty and unhygienic as well as my partner getting food poison on the second day. the heath and safety is awful and the only staff who was helpful was a gentleman who took the bags to our room.. after waiting an hour for help (this was after the check in time) the only good thing about the holiday was the scooters. DO NOT BOOK WITH LOVEHOLIDAYS or JUMBO TOURS as they will not help you when an issue occurs. its been 3 months and I'm still waiting for a response AS I CAME BACK 3 DAYS EARLY. (suppose to be 7 days- there four

Please don't waste your money or time.

if I could give this 1 star I would.

Been here 3 nights and had a change of rooms and 3 lock changes !!!

1st night here got told we had an upgraderoom lovely but at midnight got woken up by the night club. Realised we were right over it and the base thump thump thump went on until 6am !!!!!

Complained and after wasting almost a day got moved to what appeared to be an amazing room with a sea view but couldn't access room due to waiting for a technician said we would come back aleter luckily our friends looked after our suitcases. Lovely beach and sea relaxing afternoon. Went to collect our key to access our new roomand technician hadn't arrived after about 30 minutes we eventually got in to our room. Went out for the evening when came back couldn't get into the room again. Luckily the technician was working on anearby roomso 20 minutes later we got in !!! Lovey quiet night. :)

Had a lovely day on the beach but on our return couldn't access our room yet again, 3 times went to reception and after about half hour technician arrived got us in to find no towels. The lady on reception was very rude. After I started to walk away with the technician I heard her tut and say something so i called her out on it. She has been very polite since !!

Our friends then tried to get in to their room in the evening and after being told 5 minutes and then 15 minuyes an hour later we eventually got into the room. Another wasted evening.. Won't stay here again very poor for customer satisfaction. Don't get me wrong the staff are helpful except for that one lady but the hotel could do with looking at 4 stars is not what I would offer 2 maybe,,,!!!!

One of the last smaller hotels in Agadir. Clean rooms and maximum 100 meters from the ocean. The hotel has - as every other - a private beach section where no beach vendors can come in. The restaurant is one of the best. Everyday there are different themes to which the meals are cooked. It is an international kitchen, so everyone can find something.
