Very quaint and very Moroccan. Nice rooms and great location
Terrible sticky room and safe didn’t work. Like for a $100 what a rip off. Never go here even for one day. Washrooms are dirty and room too
Very nice hotel. In heart of the city. Good for people travel first time
Stayed a night.
Pros: Location. Two blocks or so from the Marche Central tramway stop (which is a few stops from Casa Voyageur train station). And it's nice that the UN square where people hang-out in the afternoon is just around the corner. Near the Old Medina, too.
Polite staff. And helpful too, I ask if they could send a msg to my hotel in Marrakech and they called them.
Good internet.
Filling breakfast at the cozy restaurant next door.
Hot shower.
Heat and cool AC.
Big and clean room. (Bathroom seems outdated.)
Soft bed.
I feel safe in and around the area, though I didn't went out at night.
The bathtub must be nice to soak in at night but I'm exhausted from flight to do it.
Note: Airport pick-up is 300mad.
Personal Con: the female at reception pointed me to the Mohammed V tramway stop which I think is farther, I believe she was a bit pissed when I was clarifying my change (I paid in Euro and she gave me MAD in change. Maybe my bad bec I thought it should also be in Euro).
The shower faucets are somewhat comical as I can't turn on the shower without turning on the bathtub faucet.
The room I was in didn't have a properly functional shower, the sink would drain and the service was horrendous. I got into the room, took a shower and found out that there were no towels in the room. The bell boy was really disrespectful to me he had no respect for women. When mentioned to the front desk they did not care. It's unfortunate, the hotel is located in a great place and had potential but this has been the worst that I had in Morocco.
It's quite and clean hotel also center of city I like restaurant bar of hotel
Travel Tips for Dummies
• first class is frequently not a question of the quality of accoutrements but of that of your fellow passengers.
Casablanca: it's an Art Deco city.
Perfect rooms, old Showers. 5 star breakfast.
Parking on the street but attended. Such helpful people working there, and the bartender next door was graciously kind to us as well!!!
Great Hotel just few minutes walking from Casa Port Train Station. In the Heart of everything's,Foods,Market,Bazar,Bars,Night Live.
Its in a good location to walk the center. Menu is simple but ok. Rooms quite big and clean
Very good hotel it is clean and cozy. The internet is good, the staff is very polite the rooms are big and pleasant
Centrally located, not too fancy. Breakfast not anything American. Nice hot powerful shower. Does not have adapter so bring one.
It was Amazing right in the heart of Casablanca, prices were good, breakfast was amazing. All around magnificent!
Good location - Casa port train station is a few minutes walk away. The medina (old city) is across the road, which has lots of souvenir shops. There is a currency exchange shop next door and several restaurants and cafes in the air.
Hotel staff are very eager to help and offer good advice.
The suites are great value for money. Very large rooms and the furniture (material sofas, not the leather ones!) is comfortable to sit on.
Bathrooms and the room decor do look a bit dated and the towels/bedsheets do need to be changed (one of my towels was yellowing in colour).
Breakfast is average, despite having several choices on the menu.
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to couples, families and solo travellers. The area is safe, rooms are comfortable (get a suite!) and quiet, great location for tourism/business and the staff are wonderful.
Will stay here again.
