I felt so regret to take this hotel. It was mentioned it's a five star hotel. Service is horrible as the person on the gates was looking at me while I was struggling to hold my luggage through the stairs and I needed to ask for help. No trolley to take your stuff to room and no one seems to care. The receptionist was inexperienced I asked him some questions about the facility and the service the hotel provide he kept saying to me check the menus!!! He wasn't sure about anything. The hotel is in the center of the city it's 5:30 am and it's really noisy here couldn't sleep at all . And there is no air conditions to control the heat inside the room.
I gave two star for the clean bedding and clean room and their Moroccan cousin it was awesome.

Rooms were small, and hotel parking was really far from the front desk / elevator area. It was also problematic moving my luggage to my rooms.

Also received several looks from concierge during our stay that didn't really make us feel welcomed.

Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Nice hotel. Food was great for part of our stay, then awful the rest of the time. Concierge is so helpful. We can barely keep housekeeping out of our room, and they don't always knock. No locks on the bathroom doors. Many people smoke even though this is a non-smoking room. The walls are paper thin. The pool is nice, just too deep for kids.

Quite luxurious, but not top notch. Hygiene is great for Morocco but not perfect by Western standards (filthy bathroom..). Staff seemed uninterested in helping us much. We were with students, so that might not have helped.

rooms are spacious but not highend. Polite and cordial staff. Internet is good. swimming pool and gym are very basic.

It's an amazing hotel centrally located in town. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff is very pleasant. Good customer service in this hotel.

I visited to meet a friend staying here.
Between 20:00 and 23:00
The reception, the service at the bar and the piano show was very nice.
It was crowded with visitor
Enjoyed the evening
My friend also apreciated the stay
I will book a room during my next stay in Casablanca

The place has a unique atmosphere, and very helpful staff. The rooms sometimes looks a bit old, but they are comfortable, and large. The wifi is better than I expected, however could be a bit slow sometimes. The breakfast has a range of choice from continental to local specialities.
Overall I like the place.

Good rooms although small standard size only enough for 2 people. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast, omelette station was the highlight. Gym is useable but lacking weights. Indoor pool is good.
