Hi it's in the centre which is a big advantage.it took us 2.5 hrs too book in , but after that sat round the pool with my son while the wife went shopping.a bit noisy.
This was supposed to be a 4* hotel, it's the first hotel I have been to that does not provide complementary water. At best this is a 2/3* hotel. Customer service was good so was the house keeping but other than that there isn't much going for it
2 stars are for the location ONLY. It's close to the Medina and the big market, less than 15 mins walking. Also very close to one of the the Mosque on the way to the big market.
Room is small and very old, definitely not a 4 star hotel as they claimed. Bathroom doesn't have shower head, only a hand held one..
The table in the room doesn't have a chair, so not sure what is the point for having the table..
The garden is good though and the swimming pool is nice.
In one word, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and be close to the Medina, it is okay. Otherwise you can find better place with better price I believe.
Everything is OK, expect bathroom. They should be renewed. Hotel stuff very polite and friendly. Water pool very nice, clean.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!
The degree was 40 and the air condition was broken in the hotel. The staff were rude to us when we complained except for Bushra.
The manager Abed Al Wahab was so rude to us, he tried to find a new room and said (That's what we have and this is our AC, why you don't like it).
We stayed at the balcony at 4 am trying to smell fresh air. We couldn't sleep for 2 days.
The shower was broken.
The mattress was uncomfortable at all.
Horrible lighting.
We enjoyed our stay in Marrakech, but this hotel ruined everything!!!
The breakfast and the pool were good.
Probably the worst place I've stayed. Rude staff (apart from Bushra at reception) dirty rooms, poor bathrooms and weak to non-existent Wi-Fi.
It was 40°C when I stayed and the air conditioning was broken. It took me having to shout at the manager who was reluctant to offer a new room. The whole hotel is dated and overrated and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
Fabulous hotel in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.
Regular hotel, not 4 star , definitely. But it's as hotel , if you are looking for one , and don't want to stay in riad. It's overpriced , and everything is old. Prices are big as Uk one's, like London regular network hotel. Room cleaning service working till evening and pretty good. Good security service. Location is great , just 10 min walk away from Koutubia mosque. They provide most of the tour available in Marrakesh. We had a bad experience with the tour , and after complain had our money back . Some of the staff was quite rude. Most important and annoying part , is that you pay more money from what they advertise.
A 3 star hotel. Wi-fi is slow, the food not the best. But the Garden and the poolside is reál beautyfull!
They said, the dinner is 100, but they calculated us 150/person at the end. That was not correct.
No hot water at night, better get your shower early in the evening or morning
I would say this is a 3 stars hotel. The place is all right, the Garden is nice, the staff is ok as well. Breakfast is variated. The matress at the room was good and also the pillow.
The location is very good as well: close to the medina but minutes away from the noisy and stress of it.
Last but not least, they serve alcohol at the bar.
Also, the hammam prices are way better than in the medina.
