great hosts. they were helpful and provided great banter. they also have a cute little rooftop where you can look over the city. if only they could somehow fit a pool in there but everything else was perfect. would definitely stay again

We had a reservation at this hotel and try to contact with owner. When we contact via email, we just ask about reservation document to show at airport to custom. He acted to us very aggressive and threaten to us. Answered the mail all big letters and told us, if we ask something more, he will canceled our reservation. The owner is a very unprofessional and rude. When we ask about of big letters and threaten, he try to be normal but we did not want to stay with disrespectful hotel. Before you stay here, to be careful about the rude owner.

Wonderful riad tucked away in the corner of the old medina!
The staff let us know that one of the suites was vacant during our stay when we were checking in, and they upgraded us for free! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked like a charm, and the shower was nice and warm.response / report this review -

Everything in the house is very good! People--Azziz and other boy are very helpful even it is fast time for them. But coming here by driving a car is not easy. Park car at Palais Ommeyad side, then walk to this Raid.

Muy lindo hotel, bien ubicado dentro de la medina pero lejos del centro donde hay mas gente. Lugar tranquilo y terraza con hermosas vistas. Asis y Osema son personas muy serviciales.

Best place to stay in Fez! Close to the old and the new Medina. They treat you like royalty. Excepcional customer service, I can't describe how much I liked this hotel. Food was delicious as well!!!
