Felt like we stayed in a palace. Our room was nice and the staff was excellent. Some rooms involve a lot of stairs. lf stairs are a real problem they will try to place you near the elevator.

The service is impeccable. The atmosphere allows the guest to experience the luxury of the authentic architecture. It's hard to find but worth the search!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a 0 star riad! A night worker named Mohammed stole around 100 euros from purse and refused to show me the cameras when I asked. He also charged us 30 euros for hookah that we never had. He would not let us leave the riad until we paid him and would only take cash. This is probably so he could profit the money. He could not show us a receipt or anything for the hookah and we ended up just paying him off so we could leave this horrible place. Do yourself a favor and find another riad to stay at there are plenty of beautiful ones that don't rip off their guests!

We didn't stay here but ate an evening meal and had a hammam and massage. Our meal was delicious, you must try the traditional pastillia. Absolutely stunning place, friendly, warm and attentive staff.

Riad very nice and with two beautiful courtyards, one with a pool and the other with a fountain, very welcoming and within the medina, restaurant and breakfast excellent. Also nice roof-garden. Very helpful and friendly staff, but it lacks a bit of preparation in services, so it's not 5 stars.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! It literally took my breath away upon entering. You feel like you're stepping back in time. This was absolutely our favorite place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Morocco. The staff is amazing, the property gorgeous, the breakfast to-die-for. Do not miss this riad if you happen to be in Fes. One tip: buy yourself some wine in the new city before arriving.
