We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in March 2018 as a family of 4 adults. This hotel is amazing! The staff are fantastic and all seem to go the extra mile to ensure that their guests have everything they need to have a good time. The resort is pretty big and is kept extremely clean. Wonderful views of the ocean; from the back gate of the hotel it is not even a minutes walk to the beach. Excellent security at every entrance and all around the hotel. There is a huge variety of food served for each meal, and each day there is usually a special dish served. The entertainment team are wonderful and put on different shows each night. There are many sports activities to get involved in throughout the day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

We had a great holiday experience in Agadir & this hotel played a large part in that. The facilities are superb as are the resteraunts and the staff. This is a hotel I would recommend without fault. The hotel has a private beach with golden sands and a promenade that you can walk into Agadir centre. All I would say is - go on do it!

We spent one week at this hotel in Agadir. The room was good both size and cleanliness. Maintenance of the grounds was excellent. Plenty of sunbeds despite the hotel being full. Pool area very nice. Restaurants were nice but the food fell a little short of our expectations - not bad just not as good as we expected. The entertainment or rather the lack of it was the biggest disappointment. Also for those of a less agile physique, the floors in both rooms and restaurants were very slippery. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is exceptional. The staff are always looking to help you wherever possible. The food and drink is always of a high standard and is readily available at all times. The amenities of this hotel are superb. The decor and room standards are impeccable. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff are genuinely polite and helpful. Although breakfast and lunch is repetitive, the food is still pleasant. Dinner is always on point. Grounds are kept immaculately. Rooms are clean and tidy (baring just a few insignificant issues). Beds are comfortable. Overall a fantastic experience. On a side note, this is the first hotel I've stayed at that embrace the cats. They have points around the grounds where the cats can eat and drink. They are all well kept As a result of being embraced, and fed, they are very low profile and do not harass the guests!

Hotel huge. Grounds well kept small beach area roped off from other area so it's private. Be warned the sellers will come into the area from time to time.hotel room large and kept very clean
Large water bottles given free daily. Waiting staff some friendly some not so. Food. Nothing special from other hotels all buffet style. Drinks ok.cocktail I asked for came straight out of plastic bottle was disgusting so never had anymore. Exchange money here.

Just about to go home from a ten tight stay here. We came on our honeymoon and had the best times. The rooms are awesome, the food is even better and the staff are great. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed at this hotel last week. We had a good time and although there wasn't anything distinctly awful about it, there was nothing that made it stand out as anything more than okay.

It was very clean and staff were mostly okay. Some were a little blunt and robotic, but others were very polite and friendly which was nice.

The food was okay, could have done with more variety and could definitely do with better/clearer labelling as to whats in what.

The worst thing was the other guests leaving their towels on the sun loungers every morning, then not sitting there for hours. It was very frustrating and hasn't happened to this extent at any other hotel we've stayed at. There is a sign saying you can't do this and it would be good if the staff enforced it a bit.

Unfortunately the weather this time of year is quite hit or miss. Most days it was overcast until around 3pm when the sun would fully come out.

My sister and i had a wonderful stay at this hotl 18months ago. Fantastic staff, gorgeous food and lovely complex. We would love to go back here, BUT there is 2 things unfortunately that stops us from booking here again. Firstly and most importantly the outdoor swimming pool when we went in November 2015 was FREEZING so much so that a very quick 2 min paddle turned your feet blue. We have never stayed anywhere that had a pool this cold before, its such a shame cos we wasn't the only people put off by this. The pool really does need to be heated through the winter and if it was, we would book to come back straight away. The other things that put us off, were the mattresses being rock hard (although the management at the time, did address this and said they were in the process of changing them) so hopefully this is not an issue anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE heat the pool so we can come back, because we love everything else about the hotel, and my review would have been a full 5stars if the pool was warmer

Great hotel/location/food and hotel staff are trying hard to make sure you like everything. Surfing school is just outside with daily good waves.

Great hotel, great staff, good facilities, immaculate grounds. We went in December 2016. Highs of 21°C and lows of 9°C. Jumpers are a must in the evening. There is a good sized indoor pool for the winter months. There is a gym overlooking the pool so parents can gym if kids are good swimmers. Food at the hotel is excellent and for coffee lovers, coffee from the bar is brilliant. Big thumbs up.
