Loving fun place all the staff great can not do enough for you food plenty and good rooms bit dated but clean bed we had two single but wide and comfortable

Nice rooms and staff. Food was very good but would have preferred a more Moroccan cuisine. Pools and gardens were good and well landscaped. Entertainment was a bit basic and the one bar was very small and smokey

I had a marvellous holiday here couldn't fault the staff very friendly and welcoming,the food could do with being hotter but on the whole.I would highly recommend it.and we are thinking of going back there

Brilliant 10 day stay, staff very welcoming and fun. Could do with bit more entertainment on a night give poor animation team some time off but will visit again. Gardens kept to high standards and room was cleaned, bedding and towels changed every day. Well done Kenszi Europa staff. Xx

Stayed here for 4 nights from 14th December 2018. Check in was good, polite staff, bellman good, location excellent, room very nice, pools and facilities all good. Food was average. I enjoyed lunch and dinner more so than breakfast. Local drinks included in all inclusive package but they aren't very strong, however they do give the option of international drinks if you pay. If you can speak french, it is advantageous, especially with bar staff. I will be happy to return here. Lovely place.

Great location and facilities downside is French get priority and all inclusive drinks have little or no alcohol in them. Would come again and bring duty free.

All nice but after a long journey, I didn't really appreciate the painfully slow check in. I waited 15 minutes with only one couple in front of me!! So I felt sorry for the 30 people behind me!!

Staff are very friendly, reception not so much! Had problem with room, was fixed straight away. Food is ok but nothing special. All inclusive drinks are not great, vodka etc is a syrup like substance so sweet, haven't even got tipsy ??!! When out and about learn La surkran, no thank you, you get pestered! Wouldn't come back as not for us, but was an experience.

Decent and clean hotel. Average entertainment but the day time DJ played all our favorite tunes. Breakfast was missing sausages / some form of meat. Location is on point only 3 min walk to the beach and main strip. Definitely recommended for a cheap and cheerful holiday.

Where too start this hotel has good rooms , a nice pool and terrace area , and that's where it ends the staff are extremely rude impolite and arrogant unless of course you can speak fluent French are prepared to tip everyone heavily who can't even be bothered to look you in the eyes let alone speak to you and generally be treated like you are disturbing their day . Food is repetitive and boring the same everyday , one small bar which stops serving at 11pm for all inclusive and those who are prepared to pay extra for any drink including coffee tea or soft drinks the only drink available is warm water. Unless again of course you are a French speaker or have tipped the staff heavily then you can get any drink you want because the bar rules don't apply to those people . Reception any question is a inconvenience it took me three attempts to get toilet roll and towels delivered to my room . Entertainment lasts for one hour in the evening if your lucky and precious little during the day apart from chatting to the favoured few guests , I paid extra for a safe which literally can be carried quite easily out of my room , I paid extra too keep my room on the last day told I could have the room until 5pm only too find a cleaner and an inept electrician jamming a screw driver into a light switch, while it was shorting the lights and shouting ow ow. While the electrics we're sparking and stopping me from entering the room to get ready for my flight . In short don't stay here full stop .

I have never experienced worst hotel, the staff are great however the policies of Kenzi leave lot to be desired. Probably great hotel for locals but not for Europeans especially if you are use to Europe standards.

It has a very good location.
Nice swiming pool.
Some services are payable like the safe in the rooms. Lunch and dinner options are expensive compared to the same food just few steps outside in the near by reataurant.
The staff is great, very helping, njce and smiling t stars for that.
Rooms are fairly large, clean but some upgrades are needed for the decoration and toilets to match the quality of similar class.
Equally, consumables provided need upgrade (shampoo, soaps, toilet paper)
Sheets disinfectant leave a mild odor not really annoying but could be made better.response / report this review -

Good experience friendly staff. Great buffet selection for those who are all inclusive. There were cooking classes available in the outdoor area every day teaching different types of dishes at 12:30 anyone can join in. They also have a Barbecue dish available every day as part of the lunch time buffet menu. The buffet menu changes every day for local and continental cuisines. It has something for everyone to enjoy.
A very clean and nice hotel overall with plenty of services. I used the laundry service and was pleased with the results. The rates are very reasonable for laundry and ironing.
While we were staying at the hotel it was being refurbished so it was good to see new paint and general repairs being made. Well maintained grounds inside the hotel pool was also cleaned and maintained daily with was good to see.
I did use the hotel gym while I was there twice the one thing that let it down was the broken and run down gym equipment. There were a good range of free weights but not all of them were tightly screwed in (Potentially dangerous).
There are many activities available to do on the hotel grounds like Tennis, table tennis, darts, football, basketball, boules, swimming and more. We tried table tennis and basketball was very enjoyable in the moroccan heat.
Best part of the hotel were the helpful staff. Had several queries and they were very fast to respond and help fix the issue. Overall good stay has room for improvement for better score.

Well priced accommodation, helpful staff, kid friendly. Most guests all inclusive. Room was clean and functional. Food is catering style buffet. Check plates cups and cutlery as washing up seems to be only negative aspect. Main pool was heated (May) but shallow 0.3m kids pool cold.

We went there two weeks ago and it was lovely. The weather was great, a bit windy sometimes, but the sun was shining all day. We loved the entertainment in the hotel, Kali was very friendly and always willing to keep us company. The bar staff was lovely and the waiter Hafid was a nice and attentive guy. The room was good with a clean bathroom and an amazing huge bed. The reception staff could be more helpful when checking in and inform tourists about beach towels policy, meals hours and maybe they could mention the free entrance zoo park 2 minutes away from the hotel. The food was very good, but not too much choice for the breakfast. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend the hotel.

I am a very experienced traveller going abroad every month and I stayed here in November into December 2016. Weather was superb and so was the hotel. Bedroom excellent, sooo comfy bed, immaculate bathroom, good balcony view, excellent half board food and superb breakfasts every day. Though hotel facilities were operating out of season service was still very acceptable by all the staff. Beach a short walk away, and really clean too.
