Nice enough hotel, but don't get too excited after seeing the pictures they have put up. It's not so much of a 'boutique' hotel and the sea view room had a mostly obstructed view of the sea, it was more of a road view. I wouldn't describe it as a boutique hotel because the building was either poorly made or is a fairly dated building as the design and materials used were not very appealing, also there is little to no lighting throughout the hotel including the rooms and especially the bathrooms which was worrying as you can't really see what condition everything was in or how clean it was. Even in the daytime the interior design of the room made it very gloomy even when the sun was coming though the fairly sizeable balcony doors and windows. Hotel staff were very helpful, although their English wasn't the best so Google Translate had to be used at times. Room service was good, OK prices and quick service. Another thing to note is that the rooms haven't been soundproofed very well and we could sometimes hear what was going on in other rooms. The fridge, sink and TV provided were adequate. Beds were well made and towels changed everyday or even upon request. Air conditioning worked well. Didn't go for a swim as it wasn't warm enough outside and the pool wasn't heated, but it looked fairly clean and others appeared to be enjoying the swimming pool. Although the view wasn't great, the location was pretty good, maximum 3 minute walk to the beach I would say. In summary, it was a decent experience with it's fair share of pros and cons, also important to mention that we did pay a very competitive price as we went off-peak and perhaps this was reflected in our experience. P. S. There's a very cute ginger cat that we met while sitting by the pool, if you do decide to visit give him some ice cream he loves it lol.

I would honestly say that the staff here are offering the best service ever seen in Morocco either in hotel restaurant or litteraly anywhere they are polite nice welcoming and very helpful they take the quality of the whole stay to the next level. They are some small details to improve in order to make it perfect thanks to the good service I would defently recommand and come back to this hotel.

Cleanness:
Spider webs in our room, hair on the floor and stains in the showers. No cups or in the rooms to drink water with and the 7 nights we spent there our bed sheets were never changed. Towel smelled fishy and the heater (which also works as AC) didn't work either. Breakfast was was basic and same everyday.
Location:
Only walking distance to the beach and Marina so that was a bonus. The guys at reception were really helpful and did all they could to help when you asked for help. The ladies receptionist in the other hand had zero customer service skills and was on their phone all the time and barely made eye contact with you when ask for help. :(response / report this review -

It is very good and just 1 minute away from the beach! The staff are amazing! Very secure from my experience, they monitor who comes in and out. The breakfast is good even for a vegan I was satisfied!

Très déçue lors que l'arrivée en chambre où le contraste entre les photos internet et la réalité est saisissant. Pièces sombres (murs foncés), matériaux délabrés.
Hygiène du sol douteuse (retrouvé capsules de bière au sol, taches diverses)
Draps propres.
Mauvaise insonorisation, carte d'accès a la chambre se démagnétisant quotidiennement.
Personnel a la réception présent.
Petit déjeuner peu varié et en quantité insuffisante en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée au buffet.

Hotel bello sul sito o forse era così inizialmente. All'arrivo in hotel camera con bagno allagato, senza asciugamani, tv con canali tedeschi e nonostante sia venuto il tecnico nulla è stato fatto. Calcare ovunque, polvere sotto il letto. Specchio sporco, divano macchiato. Ristorante fantasma. L'unica nota positiva è che hanno accettato il mio cane. Lo staff gentile ma hotel in decadenza. Peccato perché si presenta bene sul sito.

The breakfast included no meat, so I had to eat salad and small pancakes. The WIFI didn't seem to always work on the 4th floor, and when it did, it was slow. Room service, the swimming pool, the rooms themselves and the hospitality was good.

Rapport qualité prix très intéressant.
Des petits dysfonctionnement techniques dans l'hôtel qui sont très vite oubliés grace au personnel de l'hôtel qui est vraiment super ! Accueil/serveurs/agents d'entretien.
Le buffet petit déjeuner mériterait un peu plus de variété.
Situation géographique juste géniale!
Des chambres super spacieuse type appartement vraiment très agréable !

Très déçu de notre séjour début janvier 2015.
L'établissement tout neuf, souffre déjà de nombreux soucis. Ainsi nous avons eu :
- Des problèmes avec l'ascenseur
- Une coupure d'électricité
- 3 fois pas d'eau chaude le matin (soit disant un problème de chaudière)
- Nous n'avons pas pu faire venir une amie Marocaine car c'était "interdit"
- Les badges se démagnétisent systématiquement et il faut le remagnétiser à la réception
- La seconde chambre, mal conçue manque d'intimité
Ajoutez à cela le gardien du parking qui dormait sur la banquette plutôt que de surveiller les voiture. + Les réflexions du responsable qui trouve ça normal et voila un séjour bien mal parti
Heureusement que nous avions négocié le tarif dès le départ car à 140€/nuit la suite 4 personnes. Le service n'est clairement pas à la hauteur.response / report this review
