Rooms a little out dated and no air con, But the help and service from staff from reception to the waiter and room cleaners where excellent and made my holiday exceptional. the food was the sane most day but u have to expect that when you are having a buffet 3 times a day everyday. animators where very warm and the hotel complex was nice if i visited agadir again defiantly will come back

In a good location, rooms clean and bacolny nice. i booked all inclusive but ended up drinking water for most of the stay as they had run out of sugar free drinks (im diabetic)
Most of the staff nice but some didn't seem to have the time for you
I will avoid all inclusive next time not just because of the drinks but as a local taxi drver pointed out all inclusive hotels are feeding into large corporations and are not good for local businesses

Big hotel which needs updating. Very clean and tidy.
Lots of food choice clean pool fab entertainment. Cheap alcohol served in plastic cups which wasnt so great but apart from that would be more than happy to return

Great hotel. Very friendly people and for an all exclusive, super tasty food. 2 buffet restaurants and 6 a la carte without extra fee. The beach, with private reserved area, is only a 10 min walk. 4 pools in this beautiful flower paradise. Only the wifi sucks 😂

A great place for the price. The food is incredible. You get a buffet like choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a wide variety of dishes every day, including a meat dish, a fish dish, pasta dishes, vegetarian dishes etc. There are also numerous bars open throughout the day which provide free drinks. The staff are excellent and always helpful.

One thing to note though, the WiFi is pretty terrible here. There are only certain spots were the WiFi signal works and even then it is pretty bad. Other than that, this place ticks all the boxes.

A pretty good hotel! Been to a fair share of hotels around the world and it's good. Great animation team, good food most of the time.

Reallllly well landscaped grounds as well as a wide selection of activities within them including minigolf, ping pong, tennis, basketball as well as the normal swimming pools.

The only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is lacking air conditioning in the rooms. Which when it's 38c would definitely help you sleep at night!

Having the window open helps but you have a lot of noise up to midnight of the animation show and disco, which when you go to is good!

Although this place isn't brand new it offers a lot of possibilities and that's where my 5 stars come from. The rooms are clean, most of the staff is very nice (but some expect tips before doing anything for you). Still there are a lot of swimming pools, theme restaurants and you have a lot to do even in two weeks. I'm not suprised many guests are coming back here-I also surely will!

I booked this hotel on a friends recommendation who had been there twice already.
We were a couple with 2 young children (1.5yo and 3.5yo).
The staff were always friendly and very helpful.
There was a cage bed in our room for our youngest, and high chairs were available in all restaurants, which was very convenient.
Food was average, but one could always find something to his/her liking.
Be warned though: there are lots of steps/stairs all over this rather big hotel complex (Tamlelt and Carribbean share the same premises).

This is a wonderful place to vacation. The staff are professional, helpful and very friendly. It's near the beach without the high prices of a beachfront hotel. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean

We had a good time at this hotel. Yes it's not 5 star, but you're not paying 5 star money. The staff are brilliant and the place is spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is freezing but the weather's hot! Big shout out to Arafat, the head waiter who goes out of his way to make sure everything is ok.

I loved it here. Very clean. The staff were polite and the night time entertainment was excellent. The food was great. I'm definitely going back !!!!
