Modern and well laid out exhibition. You can get as much as you like out of it: just check out the nice cars or go into details. It's great for children and adults, there's really something for everyone. Highly recommended and well worth the cost of admission.
One of the best museums hands down!I highly recommend taking your kids there (from 3 yrs up). The exhibit is really worth every penny!Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t expecting it to be half as good as it was. Lots to see and many interactive stations for inquiring minds. You can easily spend a couple of hours there. The cafe was good and had a decent choice of food too. I’d go back for sure
Very organized and cosy place. It is worth to spend an afternoon in the museum and discovering these old beauties. A wide section is dedicated to the cars during the Soviet times. I liked how society and the automotive industry are put in the same scene. This helps to understand an important period of our history.
There are some interesting cars there but very little information next to these in most cases. Most just have car name, kw, year , top speed and country which it was made. It also has engine configuration but as hoods are closed you can't see engine itself. Some cars are exhibitioned so that you can't even walk around these or look inside. Overall bit more interesting than looking at car pictures but not much.
If your in Rigá then hope on a bus & go visit! Ok it's €10 to get in but u'll see car's that you sure won't see here! It's not that large and doesn't take that long to see it all! But I enjoyed it, there is a stall which projects your image into a car and you can have the photos sent to your email, which is cool!
top museum with a good collection of soviet, american and german autos. very well organized with gift shop and coffee shop. free parking.
Large collection of cars. Everything is in an excellent condition. Worthy of a visit. Little bit pricey.
Very nice place, especially if you are into rare cars from the Soviet era. Also a rich collection of cars from the 20s and 30s from USA and European countries. It features some didactic demonstrations on how different parts of a car work as well! A must if you are visiting Riga.
The best & most modern car museum in Baltic states. Don't leave your kids at home, they'll love it!
PS There's a Bikernieku race track in the neighbourhood that hosts RX, drift, drag, speedway and etc. events.
Excellent place to see the old collection of cars. The museum was excellent to learn about the inventions and mechanical activity. So I suggest students and tourist people to visit this museum and witness about the collection of old cars and technology. I enjoyed and wondering about the great inventions in the olden days my favourite was BMW bike and Rolls Royce car .
Great and very interactive museum. You must to have at least two hours to see all exposition. Kids friendly museum with small playing areas inside.
Beautiful museum, very well done and expansive. The tour guide was very engaging and gave some extra insight. Overall I would recommend this museum to anyone, not just the car enthusiast
Perfect renovation of antique cars museum. Very nice and interactive. Three stages of nice vehicles! Cards are accepted for entrance and food but , during cold times you will need 1 EUR coin, for just to put into the locker.
There is explained how works some automobile stuff, like engine and differential. Also, there is big collection of old cars, especially old Soviet cars
Great exhibition. Count on spending approx 3 hours there if you like cars and the history of the car making
Great museum. Interesting exhibition, well presented historical information in Latvian, English and Russian. Museum is modern and the route threw the expositions is well planned.
Interactive museum for all ages if you are a fan of cars and car history. Amazing collection of cars especially soviet government cars and cars from mid 20th century. I would go again I enjoyed place so much.
