Absolutely nice place! Friendly and thoughtful staff, clean and comfortable rooms for a good price. Excellent service and rich breakfast! 5 of 5! If i go to Riga again, will stay there for sure

Nice and cozy. 100% for the price. Nice and rich breakfast. Good rooms and the small SPA area for bonus. Live music in the restaurant for evening programm.

Second floor room was dirty as hell. Floors not even vacuum cleaned after last guests. Thermostat does nothing - electrical controller on a radiator was already partialy dismantled. AC fan was houling like crazy. Coffee cups dirty after last guests as well. Hair dryer handle covered with kind of mascara. Shower cabin drain blocked so that water in a tray stays ankle deep for most of the time and goes down 15 min after you're out. Shower mixer, as well as sink mixer does what ever it wants (interchanging hot/cold by it self). Hat do ask to be relocated.
Fourth floor - basicaly same. Only this one still has a carpet (check out pictures). AC controller was unresponsive for 1,5 day, and then suddenly before midnight desided to start up.
Both rooms have lamps working off some old style transformefs which make a hell of alot of noise when switched on. And other things which are just plain annoing to my self.
I'm left wandering who gave this hotel a 4,5 stars or at which year? I wouldn't give a 2,5 if you ask me. I travel alot. I know what to expect from a 4.5 stars.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel with amazing breakfast buffet, spacious & clean rooms, and lots of amenities. The sauna room has a hot tub, cold bath, sauna, and steam room, plus a large weight room. We will stay here next time we come to Rīga for sure.

Really nice and quiet hotel, not far from the city center. U can get there by bus or by walking :). Nice view from the windows too. Cool staff. The breakfast is tasty and had choice. U can aslo enjoy, spa, bowling, karaoke and bar if u want 👍 room are nices too !

The hotel is close to the river. You can go by bus to the Old Town (5 Minuten away). The busstation ist nearly the hotel. The staff in the hotel is very helpfull.The rooms are nice. The gym is well equipt. The breakfast is fresh and tasty.

Very nice breakfast with a variety of choices. The room was ok. The bathroom fan was a bit noisy. Kind and quick service at the reception desk.

Good overall. Great service. Good location. Good amenities. Great Wi-Fi/parking/spa. Great terrace bar with fantastic views. Excellent breakfast. Lacking top end bedroom size and quality and no swimming pool,and 20 minutes walk to old town across bridge only gripes

Room was terribly smelling cigarette. Than they changed. Otherwise I would leave the hotel. Second room was good.

Lovely hotel, nice green location. The staff was super wonderful, spoke even Estonian (WOW!!!), ordered taxi came in 3 minutes (every time), breakfast was rich and lovely (though the area was very busy), room clean and with a lovely view. Recommend!

The overall room was nice however the view wasNot the best (mostly roof top). But it was convenient, next to a grocery store for snacks and wine and near the airport for the early morning flight. Unfortunately we left too early for the breakfast.
