Very cosy. Nice rooms comfortable beds. Very clean. Highly recommended for somewhere to put your head down for a few nights. Don't expect 5 star service. This is a beautiful hostel NOT a hotel

Amazing local bar in the city center. We took the degustation of latvian beer and it was perfect for 2 people. Received 14 different kinds of beer (100ml each) and it cost 10€!
Place is not big but very cozy. Would recommend for bar crawlers!

Nice Bar / Pub. Cool made in an old VW hippie van. Nice interieur and atmosphere. Interesting beers they have. Try the Ginder & Herb beer. They also have kind of lottery game, certain evenings in the week. I was there when they played it. The pot by then was 450€ to win. Sadly I dindn't win but I made some new friends that evening. Also good :-)

The pub is great, cheap and nice service relaxed placed. Not many locals, but lots of friendly travelers. You should absolutely stop by.

Perfect location for this hostel, 5 min by walk from the central bus station and right in the Old Town. Friendly staff and clean rooms and showers.
It might seem noisy at the first look, with all the people at the bar, but it is actually not. And even if you're still not satisfied, just ask for free earplugs at the reception :)

Great price and great location. You get a free beer when you check in and they offer one free drink every morning as long as you stay.

Nice place, I enjoyed my stay :)
It is not very quiet, I advice earplugs. But what do you expect above a bar? The Bar is very nice too! Friendly staff, gave us plenty of advice for bars and restaurants. And it was clean enough.

Good beer and great price. Alternative lifestyle place. Nice if you don't mind cigarette smoke outside. Volkswagen bus is the bar inside!

Really nice staff and very clean and comfortable! You get a free beer at check in and if you want another pint anyway, you get it for a reasonable price! Location is very good with eating possibilities right around the corner.

A pub born out of another pub is always a good thing. I frequented the original bar like my second home many years back. The new lease of life, really spot on interior, wide range of well priced beers, events, activities and relaxed atmosphere in the current incarnation of the pub is spot on.
