Wonderful view. Offering the facility of free bikes, The Waterfall Villas is located in Nuwara Eliya. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. Very calm and beautiful place to visit Friendly staff clean rooms well and best value for money. Food was delicious. Nice place to visit.

Absolutely stunning view from villa. Only down side is the 117 steps to get to our villa & we were only 2nd row down!! - not for the faint hearted or oldies like us! Room & bathroom clean and confirtable. Staff only too happy to help. Breakfast & meals in our room +++

Best place for eco lovers. The view is nice and attractive.
Room service and foods are at an excellent condition.

Good place to stay and the view was amazing. The only downside was food. Food lacked variety though the taste was okay. Quality of washrooms could improve as well.

It's got an amazing view of the valley along with the sunrise. The food is very good with a lot of choices. The service is prompt and they can take care of all your needs.
Internet speed however is very slow and you can barely do whatsapp with it. You get good speeds only in the early morning and late nights.response / report this review -

Not a good place to visit. Views of hotel can be rate 5. But service is not acceptable. Food has no good. Services for the most of rooms like tv, hot water are not working properly. Greatest drawback is the quality of the meals supplied by the hotel

The place is actually Amazing, every single human being should visit this place and have this experience, we had an upper Villa, the view was literally amazing, can see the st.clare waterfall while laying on the upper beds, room was very well managed and also the whole place, it was breathtaking, Food was really awesome, Such an amazing place, One of the best hotels in the world, we really loved it. Definitely visit again.

A hotel with an amazing view facing to a mountain range & st'clair waterfall. Simply It's all about that scenic view.The staff was really friendly & supportive. but the maintenance was very poor. Management should pay more attention on that, otherwise it was a really nice stay for a reasonable price.

Nice place with a breathtaking view. Nice architecture. We had a BBQ on our balcony and had couple of drinks in the evening. Very nice view of the valley and you can see st.Clares waterfall as well.

Very nice location and modern cabins with internet & cable. But because there were very few guests, buffet breakfast was not served - instead they offered room service. The problem is kitchen is some distance from cabins which are up and down the hills and by the time food arrived it was already cold. There is hardly anything on the menu for vegetarians. There was no one at front desk in the morning when we were ready to check out. Kitchen/service staff was also very thin and appeared untrained.

It's all about the location! Situated with a direct view of a beautiful waterfall (devon falls) and misty mountains, it makes the perfect getaway from our busy day to day lives. Villas are cozy and with all necessary facilities. Good free breakfast. Can't say it's value for money yet it's a great experience! Not recommended if you are looking for an adventure or any activities around. It's just perfect for a cozy peaceful romantic vacation
