It's about that a***** guide who was looking for to pick up tourists by force to get their incentives at NanuOya Railway Station. we were travelling from Badulla to Nanuoya with our foreign mates & there is this dark faced guide with your hotel's website on back of his t-shirt disturbing us and swearing at us saying that we steal tourists in train and interfering with his business. was swearing along with a Tuk Tuk guy at the Nanuoya railway station. No professionalism.

When i called this place they would not accommodate local tourist. Who do they think they are in spite operating in Sri Lanka I was really put off with this attitude and this place should be banned from all tourists.if your into hospitality you shouldn't have any discripcency!!! Please share your opinions on this to increase awareness

The service is not great. The reception doesn't pick up the call most of the times for room service. The food is also not great at all. It is bland and is very expensive. No value for money.

Uniquely good views are to be had from the hotel, best from the dining room. Difficult to get a beer during a Perahera festival such as in August. Bring a jumper to the restaurant, the winds seem to creep inside! Good and adequate rooms. You get a sense of why the British gathered in Nuwara Eliya, with its cooler weather. Pleasant helpful staff.

Outstanding view, quiet site of the hotel above the city. Musty smelling room and noisy, because the door was made of very thin plastic on a metal frame only. So everything on the corridor was to hear disturbing clearly. Lunch and breakfast were of poorer quality and the dining room was shabby. Exterior of the hotel under partly construction but seems to be completed now regarding to the fotos on the web.

Very Bad Hotel, Poor Customer service, Poor welcome, Bad Smelling in the rooms, Broken Beds, Very Small Bathroom, Hotel management lying, not enough staff allocation, Very low variation of food, Not enough cutlery display. Water Leaks in the bathroom.
INTERNATIONAL MENU NOT PROVIDED EVEN THOUGH THE MANAGEMENT HAS MENTION THEY WILL PROVIDE.

WAITED IN THE BATHROOM WITH SOAP FOR 20MIN DUE TO NO WATER
