I got to know about Visa Centre from one of my friend. Before I came Visa Centre I have been to many well known migration centers in Sri Lanka. All of them know only the steps and procedure in the web site, Non of them able to help and guide me to achieve my dream using qualifications and skills that I have. One place truly drop me half way through (even after I pay). Its not that it is impossible to get PR but it is that they don't know how to get it. Australia is a country required our service, our skills and there are many ways that we could prove them genuinely that we have right skills for them. Visa Centre is one of the place I could recommend for this service. Most important my visa was rejected first time (it is not Visa Centre issue , which was corrected later by immigration) Visa Centre stood with me and took the process again from the beginning and lodge my application for the second time with FREE OF CHARGE. That showed how responsible they are for their clients. I recommend Visa Centre for your migration purpose specially to Australia since no one could find best way suits to your situation other than Visa Centre. I wish Visa Centre all the best. Wasted 2 years of my life trying to get visa to visit my girl friend in Portugal. Followed their instruction properly since they are the professionals on this field. My visa was rejected 3 times because of them. And more than $1000 wasted.
"I also appealed for the rejected visa through them and they didn't know how it was done. (They sent me to the embassy to submit an appeal when it was not suppose to be done like that in the first place.)"
Went for the best rated visa consultant hoping i could get my visa without a problem to see my girlfriend for the first time. 2 years and 3 months gone, still we haven't met yet.
I am sorry to say but,
Choosing visa center is the worst decision of my life, period.

PS. the costing of their services are purely based on manager's decision. manager just write whatever the amount he likes.

After finding this place on the net my friend went there to check if he's able to apply for Hongkong visa. Even before assuring his success they have charged him for tickets , hotels and their services .But these people don't know anything about Hk visa. After charging him , they informed that he needs a sponsor from HK. He already knew this and he even informed them that he don't have a sponsor. They accepted saying that they could do SOMETHING. But they deceived him for weeks and did not even called him to inform that they could not do his visa application.
Still he is waiting for them to return his money. Says it will take 30 days.

This is a very unprofessional and terrible place!!!!
Really really bad! People fall for their advertisements! They are not registered with the Australian government.
Dale Robot is very dishonest and provide wrong information just to take your first payment which is 50,000 plus about another 200,000 to get started.
After this they just go quiet on you and if you try to contact them they respond extremely rudely.
A lot of people who go here don't really get their visa and end up wasting money.
Dale Robot is unprofessional and extremely rude!!!! He uses his rudeness to discourage you from following up on your application.
They are also not MRA registered agents!
Waste of money'!
Very very bad customer service, no consultancy at all and you will lose your money.
Consider other agents who are much more professional!

Too expensive. Just google and do it yourself. Dont waste your money on this and dont trust on 5 star reviews here. Most have done by their staff. Actual star rating is 1 star and not worth for that even.

Very unprofessional and money seekers.Dale is not honest. He will tell everything can be done but after registration he will change his words. People do ur research urself. Don't believe any consultants. They are cheaters and money seekers. Dont pay huge money to them. U can get all information on google. Do urself. Don't waste ur money by believing these people.

Greedy Money Seekers Never recommend. "DALE" saying, "everything can get done, pay Rs.48,000/- and register first"
After registering, they give many excuses to delay the process, when we are going to hand over documents, again ask for Rs.57,000/- , but they don't do anything, we have to do all the documentation by our self.

Not worth even ONE STAR. Should give minus.
They give free consultation for just 2-3 minutes, thats also a skype call. If you want to meet personally face to face, you have to pay 7,000/-. They ask money even to get the checklist for visa, while all the other agents providing all the details for free. Waste of money.
48,000/- per person, only to register with them, when hand overing documets again charging 57,000/- per person.
If you are applying with these people as a family of two kids, you have to pay, nearly 500,000/- to them before getting your visa. These charges are non-refundable.
Even after registering, never give priority for customers. They only need money.
Don't use their service, please find some other good place. Dont waste yor time n money on them.
