Nice place to stay some nights, beach, pool, nice buffet dinner and breakfast. I was very good welcome. The surrounds are calm, and you can take a walk around near the train and the beach. It is just by the side of lovely sandy beach. Food is great.

Beautiful place one must stay at Coco Royal and enjoy leisure at this resort. Food is fantastic as well the royal treatment. Staff is most co-operative and welcoming.

This is very good hotel to spend your day with your family. They have a large pool. The staff is very friendly.
The buffet at the Coco Royal is Beach Resort is good. There is enough parking space.
This is also a good place to organize office events such as seminars, workshops, etc.response / report this review -

Lovely hotel nice & clean. The staff are really friendly & helpful. Food is really nice. We went all inclusive. We had no worries with leaving anything in the room when we went out. The beach is nice but be careful as locals are there trying to sell things and won't leave you alone but they are not allowed on the complex. We would definitely go back there but for longer. Five stars is not enough. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolute worst. The hotel lockers provided in rooms are far from safe. A great amount of money got stolen from the digital 'safe' of our room. The staff has master codes to break into any locker and so the lockers are absolutely useless and UNsafe. They don't have CCTVs in corridors, which are strategically placed only in the pool area and lobby(again useless). The hotel staff was non cooperative and manipulative, especially the hotel manager. Moreover, the maintenance staff enters the rooms without permission and behind the customer's back, using their keys to solve complaints made earlier in the day. There were also too many maintenance issues like the flush and the exhaust not working.
We booked the hotel through red apple travels. Would never recommend this hotel, or the travel agency.response / report this review -

It's a nice resort by the beach..the food is very good and good variety at the buffet..bar menu is slightly disappointing..the infinity pool is close to the beach and it's a nice view..enjoyed the stay here!

Small but beautiful beach front resort. Comfortable, clean rooms with all the amenities. Have a pool bar and a restaurant serving food rich in quality and taste. Would recommend!

Worst and harsh possible people around.. you won't even get a additional bath towel.. our stay was awful ever.. felt low and spoiled our day in a holiday

Not great, but a good place to relax and have a good time. Food was pretty good and rooms were quite clean. Would recommend for a one day trip or so. On the down side the air conditioning was not working properly.

Would be a four or even a five if they didn't allow smoking everywhere. I'm allergic and they smoked all round the pool and lots of butts in the ground. Also a twin room is not just two mattresses on the same bed but two beds one can separate.
