Very very poor Service. Don't answer any of our telephone calls. Don't help solve problems only take money. Leaving people frustrated. Our visa was rejected by them for wrong reasons. after the administrative review granted us entry clearance we sent the passports and they have stamped a wrong date. We missed our flights and all plans in UK You cant even get a date stamped correctly????? We missed flights for the 2nd time and all plans in uk. Very irresponsible. When we call all they say is we can't do anything about it. Still waiting for visa after 4 months. Idiots.

It's a absolutely beautiful and peaceful place but once I been there I had to wait outside of the gate mare that two hours even though I arrived before my appointment. It was annoying due to slightly raining.
And security guards are rude and they treated me as i came for a robbery.
I was starving due to I'm not allowed to go out once I in, i had be there more than fore hours and there wasn't any facility for glass of water.response / report this review -
