We booked a taxi for 7 people and told them 3 times that we all had big bags. First they were 30 min late then they came with a small car with not enough room for bags and they wanted 25% more money. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

I visited Sri Lanka in the winter. The lady who runs this travel agency scammed me and my friend out of $100 for a fishing trip. No fishing was ever done and the money was not reimbursed
