I sincerely hope all guesthouse in the world would be like this one. The owner is so kind and thoughtful and helpful, he almost prepares everything for his guests(as written in the other comments ）.The room is tidy and clean.I didn't know the guesthouse could provide meals so I brought food from outside. When the owner saw me and brought me the whole set of dinnerware. So heartwarming.

Price is really worth the accommodation. Basic but ok rooms, quick WiFi (for the first time in Sri Lanka, I guess) and free of charge laundry cleaning possibilities, bicycles, tea and coffee and cool water. The host is very friendly and honest, someone with whom you can (and will) chatter about everything. He even guided our way to a nice place to have breakfast. For the budget travellers: search no further.

This is great place to stau few days. Mr. Luxman is very friendly. Rooms are basic but very clean. And this is the best place you can get for the amount you pay. Great place recommend for anyone who's visiting polonnaruwa.

Отличное место, чтобы остановиться для осмотра города. Хозяин щедрый и отзывчивый, помогает по любым вопросам. Номера не люкс, но благодаря владельцу об этом мигом забываешь. Отличный завтрак за умеренную цену, еще и красиво сервированный.

Very nice and helpful owner. The Rooms were clean and had AC and hot water. For the price it was perfect. Also the owner made a really good breakfast for us, which was also quite cheap. He was also one of the few Sri Lankans who asked me several times if I am aware that I pay to much, when I wanted to tip him for his great hospitality.
