  I lived for over 5 years in Unawatuna. This ist the best Rice and Curry in Unawatuna ! Try the banana flowers fried (Kehel Muwa Vanjanaya) and the Malu ( Fisch)
  The prices are very good and you get much for your Money .

  Food and service is ok. Food is prepared in a Sri Lankan manner and may be too hot and spicy for some people. People are friendly and garden around the place is quite nice.

  Great food in a clean open restaurant off from the noise of the road. Lots of parking.
  
  Edit: I actually got quite ill one evening. I can't be sure where from but I think it was from the buffet here.
