  + The view was amazing
  + food was good
  + pool was lovely but a bit cold
  + secluded good privacy
  + nice balcony to chill in
  + walking distance from the beach
  + can use all the facilities of the fancier sister hotel Paradise Beach Club
  
  - noisy music on the weekend till late in the night
  - A bit of a walk up the hill had to walk down to get cabs sometimes, but worth it for the view
  - sometime the hot water wasn’t coming for the showers

  Staff are friend and attentive. The cabanas are clean and well decorated. The beach is a 10 min walk. There's a bit of a hill to get to the place but its not too bad. I would stay again.

  Die Lage und der Blick aus dem eigenen Bungalow sind einfach ein Traum. Das Resort liegt erhöht und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über das Meer. Sowohl die Bungalows als auch das hoteleigene Restaurant sind sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. So sind die Decken z.B. sehr aufwändig und wunderschön bemalt. Zudem sind die Bungalows sehr geräumig. Auch wenn das Resort keinen eigenen Strandzugang hat, gibt es am Strand ein Partnerhotel der gleichen Firma. Dort bekommt man als Palace-Gast Strandtücher und kann Liegen etc. benutzen.
  
  An einem Abend wurde kein Buffet angeboten, da sich zu wenig Gäste im Resort befanden. Während uns das Buffet am Vorabend sehr gut gefallen hat, waren wir von dem "Menü" am Ende doch ziemlich enttäuscht. Ein gebratenes Kotelett mit Reis und kaltem Kartoffelpüree als Hauptspeise zu verkaufen ist bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse ein Unding.

  Perfect place but forget about sleeping. Beach parties continues until 3 a.m. Music is extremely loud.

  Having paid 120US$ for a room, including breakfast and dinner per night. Stay of 2 nights.
  
  We do not get breakfast packed in the morning as agreed with the manager the day before (meaning having paid for nothing).
  We do not had hot water the first and the second morning of our stay.
  Manager was laughing when we were complaining.
  
  We tried the dinner who was terrible. Food was very bad and not clean !!
  
  One of the worst service we experienced in Sri Lanka.
  
  The plus : you can enjoy all facilities of the paradise beach club that are by far better than those of the palace mirissa (breakfast, dîner, beach and pool).

  Private, clean with beautiful views, has an excellent sister hotel on the beach too. Absolute gem!
